The house is only 75 m from the large sand dune and perfect beach. It is 20 km to Vejle and 40 km to Legoland and Givskud. There are wooden floors everywhere. There are 2 bedrooms and a sofa bed in the living room and a dishwasher. There's a new heat pump air conditioner. There is an undisturbed garden where tents can be set up - as well as good parking conditions. There's also a barbecue. In the town of Hvidbjerg there are cafes and ice cream shop. There are good cycling and walking routes in the beautiful area. There's TV and Wi-Fi. Playground Gimlegrunden 800m.

All the indoor details have been taken care of and a rare stylish and atmospheric interior has been completed in the small simple house from 1978. It is flooded with sun from the large green garden with both south and west-facing terraces and there is only a 100-meter walk to the sea view, as well as a beautiful hiking trail in the forest edge on the edge of the slope to the sea.

SUSET is a COZY cottage nestled between the hills and the water in a small, peaceful cottage area, located 7.5 miles (12 km) from Ebeltoft. Best of all is the location, right between the hills - Mols Bjerge National Park and the beach.⭐️ At the house, there is almost always a place to find shelter in the backyard, which is a lovely secluded. In the garden, there are swings and a sandbox 💚 Meals can be eaten both on the porch and in the backyard. The gas grill is close to the house, and there is a grill table on which the food can be prepared.😊

The cabin is located in the first row by the Gudenå river; from the cabin, it is 200 meters to the edge of the river. There is direct access to hiking and biking trails. The cabin is located on a natural property where you can enjoy the quiet countryside and the experiences it offers. You can light a fire and spend the mild evenings outside. The cabin was built in the fall of 2019 and is tastefully decorated. The cabin is constructed with natural materials and built on sustainable and ecological principles.

Vores anneks består af soverum med tekøkken og badeværelse med brus. Der er en dobbeltseng, spiseområde og køkken med køleskab, el-kedel, brødrister og kombiovn. (Ingen kogeplade) Der er gratis kaffe/te. Der er terrassedør ud til privat fliseterrasse med havemøbler og gasgrill. Det er muligt at have bil/ cykler parkeret på parkeringplads. SuperBrugsen ligger 100m og netto 400m. Der er biograf ca 50m herfra og flere forskellige spisesteder i nærheden. Annekset ligger op til et grønt område.

Toilet, dusch med varmvandsbeholder 30l, (kort dusch) Dobbeltseng, sofa, spisebord, lille terasse. Tv og wifi. Hytten ligger i haven tæt ved vores hus. Vi bor uden for landsbyen Hjortshøj i skovkanten og tæt på motorvejen. Hunde er velkomne. Udlejes med sengelinned og håndklæder. Afstand til Århus 12 km, til off. transport 600m. Hytten egner sig ikke til længerevarende ophold.

1. række til Dragsmur Strand. Udsigt til Begtrup Vig. 5000m² naturgrund med stier og bakker midt i Nationalpark Mols Bjerge. Der er mange steder med læ på grunden og et bålsted. Huset ligger gemt bag bakken Ormebjerg, men med kort afstand (100m) til dejlige Dragsmur Strand. Denne byder på fine badeforhold. Der er desuden gode fiskemuligheder. Huset er fra 2017 og er i to forskudte niveauer. Der er en trampolin og et hjemmelavet fodboldmål. Her er alle muligheder for friluftaktiviteter.

Separate toilet. Kitchen with stove , fridge / freezer and dishwasher. In the lovely bright living room are comfortable leather furniture and a cozy rocking chair. Beside the house is a small path leading to one of the best beaches in Aarhus region.
