I dealt specifically with Miriam, and she was ABSOLUTELY delightful! The condo was amazing and the location was perfect for all the things we wanted to do in Mexico. We ran into one slight issue accessing the ammenies (pool) but that was due to a miscommunication with staff. Miriam however was able to resolve the issue in no time at all! She was responsive, kind and did a great deal in making us feel welcome. 10/10 would reccomend.

The young lady, Eugenia, is very nice, always attentive. The area is very quiet and safe. The location is very central, you have many places nearby and available to buy 24 hours a day. The house is very clean and tidy. I really liked that it had everything you need to have a good stay and feel right at home. Overall everything was very cozy!!!

Luis is an excellent host, super attentive and respectful, I really appreciate his treatment. The place is beautiful, clean, private and you feel at home. The area is private and regulated by security. Complaining about something would be a whim! VERY VERY HAPPY ☺️

They were very friendly and flexible with the issue of schedules. Mr. Martin was extremely friendly. The house is very nice, just like the photos! Super comfortable! Clean rooms and everything in order. They send you instructions and a video to get to the house easily. Would definitely go again!

The place is a dream, a house surrounded by mountains, spacious and cozy. The kitchen is one of the most beautiful parts of the house, as are the gardens and the pool. I would definitely come back!!!!

We wanted to be in a house where we could relax, be comfortable and feel safe. We hit the jackpot with this house - it had everything we needed! We’re so glad we chose Casa Copal, or perhaps it chose us 😊 It is decorated throughout in natural, earthy colours, has all the mod cons you would want and is finished with a great eye for detail. The rooms are very spacey, the kitchen is modern and the lounge comfortable. We loved the terrace, swimming pool, and outside dining area with large table - we are just sorry we didn’t have time to try the fire pit. The house is gated and secure, and has a lovely garden (incl. tree swing) with wonderful views of the mountains. It’s well located, just 10 from the town centre. It felt homely and has its own character. To note, we chose to return to the house before nightfall as some streets do not have much lighting. Congratulations to the owners on creating a fabulous house, and thanks a million for a wonderful stay! Angeles & Gwynne ❤️

This is the second time we've chosen this secluded spot near Malinalco, it's very peaceful, lots of clean air and great feelings of outdoors. When you arrive, the gate keeper gives you the keys to the house and Cleo is already there making sure the place is spotless and helping out on cooking when asked for. Even though it's secluded and hidden, the place offers high speed (40 mbps) internet, we were streaming music all day during our whole stay. The place has a pool that is heated from 9am to 1pm, but you can ask for more time if you pay the extra gas. We didn't need it as the weather was warm and it wasn't very windy. It accommodates around 12 people and it's got lots of indoors and outdoors space for activities. And best of all, it's pet friendly!

Everything is super good! Perfect for disconnecting from the city and plenty of space to enjoy

I had a great stay at Alejandro's place. The view is incredible. The furnishings were comfortable, and the kitchen had everything I needed. The location is very central, and the condo complex feels very safe and calm. I would definitely remember it and recommend it to others.

The place was comfortable & much bigger than we expected. Short walk to plaza, museums & transportation. Uber drivers available. Isabel was a good communicator!!

The apartment is comfortable and spacious. It is in very good condition and has everything you need to spend a very pleasant stay. The pool of easy access, although it was high season we did not find many people. Water temperature keeps it ideal. The kids have a lot of fun. The condominium in general is very safe and has a couple of good restaurants that help a lot if you don't want to go out to eat. Christian was always very attentive from the first contact. It helped us solve a couple of topics, very quickly and always with a very good attitude. Highly recommended to spend a few days relaxing with the family. I would return with no problem.

The place I stayed at was fantastic, and Anton was incredibly attentive, always checking in to make sure I had everything I needed.
