Thank you very much Hector for always being available during our stay in the apartment, we loved it, we found everything as shown in the photos, clean, tidy and with more than enough things to spend our month's vacation comfortably, we would return without hesitation. The view from the apartment is very nice, the pool is huge and the water was super nice every day (May-Jun); my husband, my two teenage children and I enjoyed all the facilities that the Cluster has, tennis, paddle tennis, basketball and a super good gym, 100% recommended. We stayed for a medical emergency, and we were able to do it the same day we booked. We always got quick and friendly responses to certain requests. The complex has very clear rules, which makes living together easier in general. Despite being a building with many apartments, we used the pool without any problems. Having the shopping mall across the street makes things much easier. It's a ten out of ten.

The apartment is a great option to spend several days with family and/or friends. Christian was always very flexible and attentive to our stay. The subdivision is luxurious and you can do any activity safely. For those who like to swim, the pool is very large and has everything you need to spend a whole day in it. Overall we really liked it and plan to return soon.

Very nice apartment and the subdivision too, the pool water was warm, the paddle tennis and tennis courts are very close, you can see them from the apartment so you can see your children. Everything was great, I would definitely choose it again.

The apartment is incredible, the subdivision has everything you need to have a good time, Diego is super attentive as always. We love it because you really feel at home. Diego has all the details so that you don't miss anything, inflatable balls, water guns, games, lounge chairs, everything super organized, cared for and clean. We have already returned and will certainly continue to do so.

The house is incredibly spacious, the architecture and style makes you feel at home. The spacious rooms help you not feel so much heat. The garden gives it a touch that makes you feel at peace and at home. Upon arrival you can see the owners' attention to detail: from the very nice towels to a first aid kit. It is definitely my first choice to spend several days in Cuernavaca with my family.
