I dealt specifically with Miriam, and she was ABSOLUTELY delightful! The condo was amazing and the location was perfect for all the things we wanted to do in Mexico. We ran into one slight issue accessing the ammenies (pool) but that was due to a miscommunication with staff. Miriam however was able to resolve the issue in no time at all! She was responsive, kind and did a great deal in making us feel welcome. 10/10 would reccomend.

Muy agradable la señorita, Eugenia, siempre al pendiente. La zona es muy tranquila y segura. La ubicación es muy céntrica, tienes muchos lugares cerca y disponibles para comprar las 24h. La casa muy limpia y ordenada. Me gusto bastante que tenia todo lo que necesitaras para tener un buen alojamiento y sentirte como en casa. En general todo fue muy acogedor!!!.

Luis es un excelente host, súper atento y respetuoso, agradezco mucho su trato. El lugar es precioso, limpio, privado y uno se siente como en casa. El área es privada y regulada por seguridad. Quejarse por algo sería un capricho! MUY MUY CONTENTO ☺️

Fueron muy amables y flexibles con el tema de horarios. El Señor Martín fue sumamente amable. La casa muy linda tan cuál las fotos! Súper cómoda! Cuartos limpios y todo en orden. Te mandan instrucciones y video para llegar a la casa con facilidad. Sin duda volveríamos a ir!

Espacio muy amplio y limpio. Eli muy pendiente de nosotros. Espacio de estacionamiento suficiente para 2 vehículos. Conexión a Internet estable y buena.

El lugar es hermoso, los cuartos amplios, comodos y bonitos. El jardin y la alberca se disfrutan mucho excelente temperatura del agua. El servicio de la señora Francisca hace que uno se relaje durante su estancia.

We wanted to be in a house where we could relax, be comfortable and feel safe. We hit the jackpot with this house - it had everything we needed! We’re so glad we chose Casa Copal, or perhaps it chose us 😊 It is decorated throughout in natural, earthy colours, has all the mod cons you would want and is finished with a great eye for detail. The rooms are very spacey, the kitchen is modern and the lounge comfortable. We loved the terrace, swimming pool, and outside dining area with large table - we are just sorry we didn’t have time to try the fire pit. The house is gated and secure, and has a lovely garden (incl. tree swing) with wonderful views of the mountains. It’s well located, just 10 from the town centre. It felt homely and has its own character. To note, we chose to return to the house before nightfall as some streets do not have much lighting. Congratulations to the owners on creating a fabulous house, and thanks a million for a wonderful stay! Angeles & Gwynne ❤️

This is the second time we've chosen this secluded spot near Malinalco, it's very peaceful, lots of clean air and great feelings of outdoors. When you arrive, the gate keeper gives you the keys to the house and Cleo is already there making sure the place is spotless and helping out on cooking when asked for. Even though it's secluded and hidden, the place offers high speed (40 mbps) internet, we were streaming music all day during our whole stay. The place has a pool that is heated from 9am to 1pm, but you can ask for more time if you pay the extra gas. We didn't need it as the weather was warm and it wasn't very windy. It accommodates around 12 people and it's got lots of indoors and outdoors space for activities. And best of all, it's pet friendly!

I had a great stay at Alejandro's place. The view is incredible. The furnishings were comfortable, and the kitchen had everything I needed. The location is very central, and the condo complex feels very safe and calm. I would definitely remember it and recommend it to others.

Todo excelente, es un lugar muy cómodo para hospedarte y tranquilo ,nos encantó que esta en una zona accesible a museos y otras actividades para toda la familia y que la comunicación por parte de Isabel fue muy buena.

El departamento es cómodo y amplio. Está en muy buenas condiciones y tiene todo lo necesario para pasar una estancia muy agradable. La alberca de fácil acceso, aunque era temporada alta no encontramos mucha gente. La temperatura del agua la mantienen ideal. Los niños se divierten mucho. Le condominio en general es muy seguro y tiene un par de restaurantes buenos que ayudan mucho si no se quiere salir a comer. Christian estuvo siempre muy pendiente desde el primer contacto. Nos ayudó a solucionar un par de temas, de manera muy rápida y siempre con muy buena actitud. Muy recomendable para pasar unos días de descanso en familia. Volvería sin problema.
