We loved staying in the private one bedroom/one bath apartment in Janet’s home. Our stay was comfortable and easy. We had our own entrance and private patio to enjoy. Her home is at the end of the road and surrounded in trees and solitude and also only a short drive to amazing hikes. Janet is a super woman and wealth of knowledge having traveled and hiked all over the US and the world. Tap into her knowledge before you venture out on a trail. We look forward to seeing her again.

Four Seasons Private Suite Getaway In Highlands

The property n host were amazing. It is quiet, secluded & deep in the woods with a million dollar view - exactly what we wanted. We got there late after dark and it was challenging navigating somewhere new for the first time. GPS/WiFi is spotty until you get to the house so make sure u load directions before leaving the city with a cell signal. This can easily be overlooked when searching several properties on the Air B&B - 1) this rental is on the first floor, pass through the Ground-level second floor porch and go down the back steps - and 2) the house has everything you’d ever need except for an oven/stove (if you planned on cooking). Cathy has done a wonderful job decorating - and the homemade loaf of pumpkin bread makes it one of a kind rental. Oh and finally, we bought some bird food at the store and put it on the top of the deck railing - the colorful birds came non-stop and fully entertained my mother-in-law while sitting out on the back deck.

This place is definitely magic under the moon. The numerous available outdoor spaces (deck, fire pit, gazebo, seating) were very welcoming day and night. The 360 degree incredibly safe and private natural surrounding both inside and out was easy to settle into, wake up in, and feel right at home at. We were amazed to discover art supplies, an iron, our choice of two perfect rooms and double bathroom sinks, teas and coffees a plenty, just things way beyond our needs, but at the ready if wanted. We loved the eclectic decor which reflected Delphine's multifaceted kind giving personality. We bonded instantly with our host and she went truly above and beyond for us-providing and guiding!!! The outdoor cats are very sweet and the views are beautiful. Ask and you receve - Delphine is pure interesting delight!

Sky Valley Getaway - A-Frame Cabin in the Sky

We absolutely loved the location! The road to the cabin is on an incline with a real mountain-like road. The road does not have a lot of traffic and the house sits back with an amazing view. We enjoyed Kaitlyn's Christmas tree and decorations throughout the cabin. The fireplace was our favorite and we used it every night. The rustic feel of the cabin, the bear themed rugs and bedding, comfy beds and great water pressure of the shower made this space perfect for our family. We loved celebrating Christmas in such a beautiful place. The kitchen had everything we needed including a kuerig and full coffee pot, pots and pans, utensils and spices. It was nice to have available when making our Christmas dinner. Sky Valley is truly a site to see. We enjoyed scenic drives and hiking nearby. Kaitlyn was very responsive with all our questions. The locking system on the front door made it easy to get in and out of the cabin. You will love your visit. We will definitely book another trip.

I’m thrilled we found Aunt Helen’s place in Walhalla, SC. Home is perfect for a long weekend with friends and family. You feel at home when you walk in and it’s a very comfortable stay. We spent a lot of time on the porch swing enjoying the perfect weather. Did some walking around Walhalla shopping and eating in local restaurants. Great place to visit we’ll be back. We’ll be back the host are wonderful!!

Great host!! This is our second time staying at Billye's for a Clemson weekend. The location is fantastic -- walkable to downtown, campus and the stadium. The apartment is clean and well equipped. It is stocked with personal items, food and drinks. We will be back -- Go Tigers!

My son and I had a great stay! 10/10 would recommend! We came to do some hiking and this was the perfect location for it. It’s a short driving distance to multiple beautiful waterfalls. We also went to the nearby Walhalla downtown area one evening and visited some shops and had dinner. It’s a really nice area. The cabin itself was clean, and decorated really cute. I was really impressed by all of the extras! There were sooo many options for snacks and breakfast! Even adult beverages, which I enjoyed after our long days of hiking. And the game room!! My son and I had so much fun playing the arcade and board games and we used the fire pit too. There’s another cabin next to it, so it’d be a great option if you had a larger group too. We hope to do that in the future! Thank you!

This was my 3rd stay at Hartley’s Haven. It is a great place for a single or a couple. The outside deck is a perfect place to relax and visit with local family. Brian is a great host who communicates easily. Must stay.
