this is a great place to stay. good views with lots of stuff to do in the area.

We were looking for the best spot to always be able to see the ocean! That’s just what we got. My two and six year old had an amazing time at the easy access beach everyday of our trip! Thank you!

Cute little condo with ocean view. You can open the patio door and fall asleep to the sound of crashing waves. Rockaway is a cute little town with tons of recreation up and down the coast. Would stay here again for sure.

We had a wonderful stay. Very cozy and nicely appointed place. Convenient kitchen. Gorgeous view to the ocean. Troy and Sidney were very helpful and responsive. A small problem with the heater was fixed at lightning speed. We were very impressed.

Staying here was amazing! It was the perfect place to kick back and relax on our honeymoon. Clean, organized and even had recommendations on where to dine! Will definitely be back!

The condo we stayed at was beautiful, right on the beach and such a beautiful view every night and morning. Very clean and spacious. Plenty of linens and towels. Would definitely come back and stay again! We had an amazing time (:

Brian's condo was the ideal spot for our family stay in Rockaway. The convenience of stepping out of the building, crossing the street, and being right on the beach was amazing. The view from the condo is absolutely breathtaking. The building and condo were both incredibly easy to access, thanks to the clear instructions provided after booking. We felt safe and secure throughout our stay, and the condo itself was clean, comfortable, and welcoming.

We loved staying at this Airbnb! The views from the kitchen were beautiful. They had a fire pit and few other things which were great! The hosts were also good with communication. I would definitely love to stay here again!

It was such a beautiful, warm place. The staff was friendly and gave us clear and easy instructions with activities to do. Would definitely recommend and go back.

We had a terrific stay! It was so easy to pop out to the beach each day and Debbie was a great host! The beds were super comfortable and the whole place had a cozy vibe.

The house is in a great location and is almost directly across from a numbered beach access post. The views from the deck and main living area are breathtaking. The kitchen is nicely stocked with items needed to make meals. Determining which stairs to go up was a bit confusing but we figured it out. There is ample space for people to spread out and the furniture and beds are comfortable.

We only got to stay for the evening, but it was amazing and would have loved to have more time. Amazing accommodation, well decorated, clean, safe, and quiet. Even had dog beds and bowls!!! Had everything wr needed and was a close walk to the beach. Would def recommend or book again

Beautiful views from their cozy and functional condo. Perfect spot for 2 couples or a small family like ours (2 small children). The property managers were kind and responsive. Would have liked a slightly earlier check-in and slightly later check-out time. 10am was tricky to eat, pack up, and clean with small kids. Price seems on par with comparable places. Overall a positive experience and stay!

It was a wonderful place to be lazy or go for a walk on the beach. The ocean sound and view is soothing. There is plenty of room to entertain and work. The grounds are well kept. It’s an easy walk to a fantastic breakfast spot Otis.

The best Air BnB I have ever stayed in. Immaculately clean, had all the things we need, beautiful location, everything was as advertised. And an overall great deal! We were so happy to stay at this location in Rockaway Beach, instead of a busier location. Whenever we went on the beach it was almost deserted. The only thing to know is there are no grocery stores within about 15 minutes of this place. They do have a market but it is very limited and super expensive. Not a knock on this place though, just plan ahead. Can’t wait to bring more of my family back.

We had such a nice beach vacation at Surftides. Kimberly was a gracious host and our stay was easy and without any problems.

Cute clean space, responsive host, the most comfy bed I’ve slept on in a very long time staying away from home! It was perfect for our little getaway will definitely be coming back to this one!!

Everything was just as described. Being right on the beach was great, central location in town, and Troy offered to provide suggestions for places to go in town. The whole process was super easy.

Great place to stay. Pics match what you get. It was clean when we arrived. Only complaint would be that the beds are really really really soft, almost uncomfortably soft. We still got a good nights rest though.

My friends and I were very comfortable during our weekend stay here, the view of the ocean was phenomenal. Troy and Sydney were super fast at responding to messages which was especially nice, considering I’ve had Airbnb hosts in the past that were not as good with communication between guests or took much longer to respond, but this was some of the best customer service I have ever experienced renting through Airbnb. I definitely hope to reserve a unit with them again in the future next time I visit Lincoln City. 😊

We enjoyed our stay in Lincoln City. The condo has everything we needed to cook and enjoy ourselves during our stay. Everything down to extra batteries for the TV remotes. My kids loved the pool and I liked the sauna. I also found a glass float on the beach right outside of the back door so that made it even more enjoyable. We would happily stay here again.

Great location right on the beach with easy access to restaurants and shopping. Cozy, walk-up condo that is showing a bit of age but very comfortable.
