very nice place! Brian was accommodating and communicative, and the space was clean and comfortable.

My fiancé and I had a great weekend here celebrating our anniversary. The space was clean and cozy and perfect for a weekend getaway. The only issue we ran into was the neighbors upstairs being noisy but even then that’s not on our host. We will probably be back!

This location was perfect for our needs. It was a stones throw away from the beach and if you sit in the chair in the corner of the living room, you can see the ocean/waves through the window. Better yet, crack the window a little and you can hear the waves. Brian was incredibly responsive to every question I had. My flight came in late on the day we were to check in and Brian made it a point to be available to guide my needs. The condo was very clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. On the date of departure, I found that my flight(s) home were questionable due to winter weather. Brian was quick to accommodate my needs while I explored all my options to safely arrive home. The added compassion that I received based on my unique experience spoke volumes. I look forward to visiting Rockaway Beach again in the future and I will most definitely stay at one of Brian's locations.

Beautiful view and right by the beach access. Super great location. Felt right at home. The bed was a little hard and on night two woke up with back pain. Otherwise it was absolutely perfect!

If you love the beach, a few steps away, and wonderful hiking trails in the forest a short distance north and south as well as friendly local people; you'll love it here.

We had a wonderful stay at Brian's place. You can't beat the location (one block from the beach), and views (can see the ocean and Twin Rocks from the living room). The condo was clean, comfortable, and quiet. Brian was responsive and easy to communicate with. We would definitely return. *If you intend to cook, bring your own cooking oil!

Great spot! Amazing to listen to the waves throughout the stay. When there are people staying next door and if there are kids staying there, you can hear them running around in the air bnb right next to you. The access to the beach was not that private and a little slippery to get down due to the sand. Made it difficult for my parents to access. Mattresses were a little soft, besides that it was a wonderful stay!

We loved staying at this Airbnb! The views from the kitchen were beautiful. They had a fire pit and few other things which were great! The hosts were also good with communication. I would definitely love to stay here again!

It was such a beautiful, warm place. The staff was friendly and gave us clear and easy instructions with activities to do. Would definitely recommend and go back.

The perfect spot if you’re looking to stay near the beach. The description said “1 minute walk to the beach” and that was no exaggeration. Condo was clean, cute and quaint. I’ll definitely be returning. Looking for things to do in the area? Check out the guest book. The jacuzzi tub was very nice as well. Literally no complaints. : )

My husband, father in law and I had a wonderful stay here at Vacasa! We came to the coast to do some fishing. Everything about the place was clean and very comfortable. Quite cozy even! We could see the ocean from our kitchen window! One of the best parts.😊 Thank you very much!

It was a wonderful, comforting, relaxing atmosphere. Loved having the big tub. View was sensational. Would love to Return in the future. We couldn’t have asked for anything better. Loved it.

Great spot to park the car and enjoy the beach and village on foot for your whole trip. The unit is nicely updated, comfortable, and has all the amenities for a longer stay. We enjoyed the back patio in the afternoons with the breeze blowing over the creek. We were a bit disappointed that there isn't an ocean view, but I think that was our mistake for not reading the description close enough. The condo is right next to the beach access, restaurant, and general store.

What an amazing view this condo has! Watching the Ocean waves is exactly what our family needed and this condo was a great fit. Antoine even left a goodie basket of toys for our pup to play with, and our two boys loved how easily accessible the beach was. Thank you for an excellent visit to rockaway beach!

We had such a nice beach vacation at Surftides. Kimberly was a gracious host and our stay was easy and without any problems.

Honestly one of our favorite spots we've ever stayed at Lincoln City. We'll be coming again! This host was so accommodating with us when we had something come up with family and had to alter our dates, and on top of that it's pet friendly! I have an elderly cat and she requires a lot of medication so it's hard to find people to watch her, but with having her there we were able to relax and not worry about a thing! Great location, cozy condo, great price! Our only bummer was the hot tub wasn't working during our stay but the pool was perfect and we got to play some table tennis! Great spot for families, definitely recommend :)

Great place to stay. Pics match what you get. It was clean when we arrived. Only complaint would be that the beds are really really really soft, almost uncomfortably soft. We still got a good nights rest though.

We had such a wonderful stay! The condo was so cute, relaxing, well equipped and clean. The ocean view was great! Being able to open the balcony door and listen to the ocean as we relaxed on the couch was perfect! The kitchen had everything we needed and the bed was so comfortable! Check in and out was so easy. Close to great restaurants. We definitely would recommend staying here!

Troy’s place was absolutely beautiful. You are just a few steps from the beach and have a stunning view of the ocean. I would definitely recommend staying here and can’t wait to come back! Thank you ☺️

Worked just fine for our needs but maybe a bit expensive without direct access to beach.

A+ stay. Great location. Family had fun. We were on the 3rd floor, and I had an ankle injury...be aware that there are no elevators. Pool was ice cold & hot tub was out of order. Other than that, it was great stay.

The kitchen setup was awesome. The balcony looked over the water. I loved the location. Bed was new and firm. I didn’t use the tv or pool. Highly recommend!
