Eddi was so nice. This place is so much nicer in person. The views from balcony are amazing! My daughter loved watching the sunset from the room. They even had a tray of treats and a handwritten welcome note upon arrival. The beach was nice and private. Loved the place and hosts were amazing would stay again!

We used this space while our home was being worked on, do it was more of a “staycation” and did not use all of the amenities. The space was clean and newly renovated, so we were pleased with how nice things were. I highly recommend it for people visiting the Williamsburg area. Great location to Busch Gardens, W&M, etc. The only negative is that it is a time share, and they don’t take no for an answer.

Great location. Beautiful park next door and beach. We felt safe. Jose Tequila’s has good drinks. Aimee is responsive as a host. The place can get loud at night - we were awakened by people dragging furniture at 3am upstairs and kids yelling in the hallway. The place smelled like smoke that comes in through the pipes under the kitchen sink. Great views and nice kitchen. Well stocked. Aimee left a complimentary bottle of wine.

Place was far nicer than expected from pictures .... private parking in back . Nice lake with fountains behind unit Location was right in the middle of anything and everything you could want or need. I was worried about noise but you would have never known you were right in the middle of everything. I travel for work about 80% of the time out of all the places I stayed this was definitely top 5.

It is a beautiful place, close to everything, the only dislike is we saw roaches on our last 2 days of our stay. Than we notice the roach traps.

We had a great weekend at Crystal’s place. The condo was clean, the furniture comfortable and it had everything we needed for a weekend stay-our family especially enjoyed the selection of games. The location was perfect and the beach just beautiful!

Exactly as described. Check in process was easy with instructions. The front desk couldn’t find my reservation at first, she had to check around and then found it. Had everything I needed for my stay. Comfortable bed, clean, steps from the beach, parking pass. The host response time is amazing.

The place is absolutely perfect. The host is extremely responsive. the location is second to none. the condo looks right out onto the beach. there is a top notch Mexican restaurant on-site. across the street is a delicious restaurant with super fresh fish. the facilities are great. on-site perfect gym. two pools, which is great for the kids. Eric has a fully stocked storage unit with plenty of beach items. no need to lug your chairs and toys, he has them all. the unit is a corner unit, so plenty of sunshine. it is also perfectly situated between the two pools. thenstairs right next to the unit go out to one pool and the beach. the unit was completely immaculate which is tough for a beach condo, usually there is sand in some places when you check-in, not here. this stay was great, the host was responsive, and to be cliche the only drawback was we had to leave :)

We are so happy that we found this place! It's quite a gem - right on a beautiful sand beach and very close to the Back Bay Wildlife Refuge where we enjoyed our walks. The condo is in a large and very comfortable complex with 2 swimming pools, grills, gym and even it's own and quite good restaurant. Trevor and Renee are very experienced, super friendly and easy to communicate with hosts. They made us feel very welcomed and made sure all our needs are satisfied. Extra thanks for proving the utility wagon to bring our things from and to the car. We will be back!

My family and I decided to do a last minute end of summer trip. I was able to find this gem. House was 5 mins from their local beach driving, which was great & they provided a couple of beach amenities. House looks small from the outside but very spacious and modern in the inside. Loved the kitchen! Great place, def worth checking out.

Yun was very responsive and very accommodating. The house was everything we needed for our family trip! Great location, walking distance to everything you need at Virginia Beach. I would love to come stay again whenever we come down to visit again. AND pet friendly with is a BIG PLUS for me when it comes to road trips like this one!

Waterfront, Arcade, Great location for us, and a host that roots for the same teams I do… Joseph was very quick and responsive to any questions or food recommendations I needed… the neighborhood is so quite I almost wondered do people actually live there, finally day 3 I saw a kid playing basketball, so it was not fake houses🤣🤣.. Thanks Joseph for everything and allowing me and my family to make great memories with my grandson in VA….

My girlfriend and I had a great stay! Would highly recommend. Sue was very accommodating for any issues around the place and very easy to communicate with. Would love to stay again sometime!

We had a great family stay at The Sand Dollar. Jason and Melisa were friendly and responsive hosts and answered all our questions and suggested local activities. We loved that they had so many water sports amenities that we used as well as the golf cart, which was a must for Cape Charles! The location of the house is just a short walk or golf cart ride to the private beach. It is also just a quick golf cart trip to the heart of town. We loved our first trip to Cape Charles and know it will not be our last!

If I could give 6* I would. Not having been in this area was like driving into somewhere like Beverly Hills. The added bonus of a pristine beach less than 100m walk away. To our surprise the beach was. It without sightings of multiple dolphins each visit. The house itself was extremely cosy. Good communal areas. Gym room outside along with a large deep jacuzzi that was always hot on entry. The house was surprisingly larger inside than the photos actually show. Multiple spaces for up to 4 cars infront of the house. The locals were all very polite even to the point that our next door neighbour knocked on the door to explain which way to leave the bins. I would recommend this place to anyone and will 110% come here again. The access and positioning as close as the house is to the beach is amazing. Thank you so much. 6* ;)

We had a great stay. Kevin and Lagora was great to communicate with any problems we may had. They responded quickly. The kids enjoyed themselves on the bikes around the neighborhood. Our 6 yr old actually learned to ride without training wheels. The place was great. We had a lovely time there and would rent again the next time we are up.

Beautiful cottage in a beautiful area. Would stay here again. Our layout was a bit different from the pictures, but it work great to have a space for the teens and another one for the adults. I would love to stay here again.
