Vacation rentals with a patio in Ocean Grove, Neptune Township

Karen was a great host! The apartment was exactly as shown and described in the pictures. Perfect walking distance to local restaurants and attractions; we had a toddler with us so instead we took a quick drive right into town. The pool was perfect as was the outside seating area. Karen was very accommodating with some last minute changes we needed. Karen was easily accessible if we had any questions or needed assistance. 10/10, already looking forward to our next stay.

beautiful location! the bay beach right outside is so peaceful and was perfect for our toddler. the views are amazing and the neighborhood is so peaceful. apartment was perfect for what we needed. had all amenities. Ronald was so responsive. Walking distance to great restaurants and such a bikable area. our pack and play perfectly fit in this space

Our stay was amazing, the place is exactly how it’s pictured and it will not fall short of your expectations! They are super responsive. Overall a great stay and experience and couldn’t ask for anything better!

Amy’s apartment style Airbnb was a delight to stay in. The apartment had every amenity you could need and was spotlessly clean. Additionally, Amy was a wonderful host with great communication and was extremely helpful with whatever you needed!

As advertised; short drive to several beaches, a bit long to walk with chairs/etc but walkable without equipment. Short walk to Main St with plenty of stores/restos/etc. Did not cook while there. Ideal for family of four.

Our stay at Elena’s place was incredible. The house had every convenience, amenity and comfort we could have possibly asked for. There were so any fantastic touches from a welcome gift, to wonderful linens, towels, toiletries, kitchen needs and beach chairs and umbrellas. It was impeccably clean and so thoughtfully updated, maximizing every inch of space. The location was absolute perfection, literal steps to the beach, boardwalk and restaurants. It was the ideal house for our family of four. Elena’s communication and responsiveness could not be beat and she communicated to us a number of times throughout our stay that she was available for anything we needed! Thank you for a wonderful stay, we look forward to returning!

Amy’s place was fantastic — clean, modern, and clearly well cared for. It’s fully updated and thoughtfully stocked with all the essentials, making everything feel easy and welcoming. One standout was the bed —super comfortable, which isn’t always the case with shore rentals. You can tell Amy put real thought into making the space feel like home. Highly recommend for a relaxing and hassle-free stay!

Very nice distance from the beach, felt clean and cozy, great host made sure everything was good and up to standards, everything was as it was listed and it was a nice space, would 100% visit again.

Patty was a great host! She was having issues with AC a couple of days before I was to arrive and reached out to me to let me know she was on it, and would be doing what she could to make our stay close comfortable, and she did. She also checked in to make sure it was working. The house was very clean and comfortable. I brought a team of employees for an event and we all enjoyed the back deck and yard. Highly recommend!

This is a cute cottage with plenty of space that has recently been gut renovated. Everything feels nice, new and clean. There is some noise from traffic given the intersection it sits on, but it would not prevent us booking the property again.

We loved staying at Amanda's place in Belmar! I live close by, but I had 4 friends (and 2 babies!) coming into town so I needed a place that could comfortably fit everyone for a girls' weekend. Amanda's house was exactly as described - clean, comfy, well-decorated, and well-appointed with everything you'd need. We also found the location to be very convenient/walkable. If you turn left out of the house, you're about a 10 min walk to Main St. If you turn right, you're about a 10 min walk to the beach. (There's also a playground about 2 blocks away.) Definitely recommend for a weekend (or longer) at the Jersey Shore!

We had quite an enjoyable weekend staying at Debra’s house. It was very spacious, spotless, comfortable, and in short walking distance to the beach and boardwalk. Debra was an extremely accommodating, helpful host, and super prompt in her communications. My family and I would stay here again in an instant!

Home is in fantastic shape. Has everything you need for cooking to making sure you have beach chairs for the beach. Everything is walking distance. Home is spotless and provides plenty of towels and toiletries. Plan to rent next Memorial Day. Owner responds immediately and goes out of his way to make you feel at home.

It was an amazing stay for my friends and me. We had so much fun and absolutely loved the outdoor area. The host was super proactive when we needed anything. The property looks exactly like the photos! I’ll be back soon.

This is the 2nd year we've stayed here while visiting family at Thanksgiving. We enjoy being able to walk to restaurants and shops. The house is clean and we appreciate that the linens are provided.

A group of friends and I stayed in one of Kishore’s units in Seaside Heights to celebrate my 26th birthday with some good old fashion boardwalk fun. This location was conveniently located for just that! It was exactly as pictured on Airbnb and very spacious. We especially enjoyed the pool and sun room. Kishore and his son Anish were very pleasant in all of our correspondence and went out of their way to ensure we enjoyed our stay. We would love to stay at another one of their units!

We appreciated the well-stocked kitchen and Danielle's flexibility with our needs since we were coming from out of state. The furniture and beds were very comfortable. This was especially important since the weather was not great during our stay, so we spent a lot of time in the condo.

Our second stay at Charleen's place. It checks every box for me..clean, bright, airy. Plenty of room for my family and a perfect porch with a view of the ocean for morning coffee or an evening cocktail. Charleen reached out to us to make sure we were comfortable. Who could ask for more! Thank you!

Beautiful home and beach front property in amazing central location to shops and food. The hosts were always available to answer all questions and assist with our needs. We are a family of 5 with 3 boys and everyone had a great time. I had coffee on the deck each morning , very peaceful and great people watching and the boys had endless fun playing in the sandy yard. The house is well equipped. With large living spaces and bedrooms, beach chairs, towels, grill, and games. You will be sad to leave.

This is the perfect place! Felt so comfy & cozy. Had towels, and shampoo body wash.. just great. Michael even provided coffee, and a coffee maker. Was MORE than I thought it could ever be staying at an Airbnb!!! I’ve had airbnbs where they don’t accommodate you like this airbnb and host does. Michael checked up on me and made sure I was good consistently. Made me feel soo comfortable. Clean and modern place. I can’t wait to book with Michael again!!🫶🏼

Wondefull place, the only downfall was that it is next to the Flamingo motel with parties going on 24/7 but that is not the host's fault. Otherwise amazing.

Great location next to the Park entrance, exceptionally clean, great interior design, welcome treats, nice balcony to relax, covered safe parking, shed with folding chairs and other stuff for children, great communication, positive and welcoming attitude.
