Karen was a great host! The apartment was exactly as shown and described in the pictures. Perfect walking distance to local restaurants and attractions; we had a toddler with us so instead we took a quick drive right into town. The pool was perfect as was the outside seating area. Karen was very accommodating with some last minute changes we needed. Karen was easily accessible if we had any questions or needed assistance. 10/10, already looking forward to our next stay.

Our stay was great. The property is clean and spacious, and well located. My only complaint is about the noisy neighbors, sometimes playing loud music late at night outside. But that's not something the host can control.

Amy’s apartment style Airbnb was a delight to stay in. The apartment had every amenity you could need and was spotlessly clean. Additionally, Amy was a wonderful host with great communication and was extremely helpful with whatever you needed!

Myra’s place was the perfect spot for a weekend beach getaway! She was responsive, friendly and so helpful. The space was exactly as described - cozy, sweet, and functional. A really nice place to shower and hangout after some good beach time.

Kyle’s listing was absolutely amazing! We were pampered with all toiletries that you would expect, however, much more! We were able to take a long soak with bath salts, do a load of laundry and make incredibly easy coffee. The porch was a huge perk, being able to relax in the morning and evening. The provided beach towels, passes and chairs were beyond appreciated. The location was also a key factor in my rating, it just doesn’t get any better than where we were located. I would highly recommend Kyle’s listing and will look to stay again in the near future. Thank you Kyle!

I got perfect time in this apartment ! Nice and clean , fancy furniture, smell fresh and peaceful!!! Everything is there for leaving , nice area around, a lot of stores walking distance! More than happy !!! Highly recommend!!!

We really enjoyed our stay here! Having the pool was fantastic and the house was bigger than I anticipated when I booked. What a little oasis. Appreciated the parking at the house and the side street parking. Loved the quick access to other shore towns. A great find overall.

Patty was amazing! This is the second time staying in her home, and again, it did not disappoint. It was nice that we knew the expectations and Patty shared information about the home before we got there. She has been and was again very responsive to any needs or questions. Her backyard is fabulous and perfect for reading in the gazebo, having coffee on the deck, or taking a cat nap in the hammock. We were not able to take advantage of the fire pit, but that too was a great space! The kitchen and bathrooms were stocked with essentials and the downstairs bedroom was perfect for my mother in law that uses a cane.

Stephan's place was perfect for what I needed, I would stay there again if I find myself in Belmar again!

The house was perfect for my family. It was very clean and contained everything we could have wanted. The outside space is very comfortable and the location is great, easy walk to playgrounds and the beach. We had young children so we were grateful for the high chair and pack-n-play, as well as the bunk bed.

Perfect stay in Bradley beach! Took my wife and two daughters to Bradley Beach and this was the perfect AirBnB for us. The house was big enough that we didn't feel cramped and it the pictures online were a great representation of what the house was like. Dave was very responsive and friendly, he even provided a few restaurant recommendations.

Just finished a week stay at this beautiful home. The house is so inviting and beautifully decorated. The property has an array of flowers and plants giving it a warm and comforting personality. The location was great. Lots of great food and shopping options within walking distance. The owners are extremely helpful and have added so many special touches throughout the home. This Victorian beauty is upgraded with a ton of modern amenities. We hope to return in the future.

The condo is very cozy, quiet and well stocked. The location is convenient. The hosts were super welcoming, friendly and easy to communicate with.

Charleen and Nick’s apartment was so cute, clean and beautifully decorated! They are walking distance from the beach and driving from so many cute shops and restaurants! We had rain the weekend we were there but it was so cozy and comfortable we had a great time hanging out in the apartment as well! They gave great recommendations for the area as well! Great spot all around!

Charleen and Nick were perfect hosts. We were in town for a music festival and they were very accommodating of our unique schedule. The stay was lovely. The beach and boardwalk are only a block away and we took full advantage!

Freda's apartment is on the main floor - no steps and it's the most quaint and quiet one. We enjoyed the space and even outdoor patio overlooking willow trees, watching squirrels and birds while having our coffee, breakfast, and dinner outdoors. The home is so clean and decluttered, well curated and thoughtful. Freda has helpful notes to make sure everything is easy to use. Showers are perfect with good pressure. There is a yoga mat that was useful. The community is quiet and there are plenty of walk paths so you can go out for a stroll or a run. North Brunswick is a great community with lots of restaurants, shopping areas. 15min drive to New Brunswick NJ Transit station. I highly recommend Freda's home! We will be back to rebook here whenever we are in NJ.

Stephanie is a great host. Great communication, offered.flexibility on checkin/checkout and was very proactive and responsive. The place was spotless and well stocked. Beds were very comfortable and it's quiet at night so we got great sleep. We were there for the Sea Hear Now festival and had a great time people watching on the porch after the shows. The location is a short walk to the beach and Convention Hall. I have no complaints. It's expensive. but so is everything in Asbury. For the comfort and convenience this place is A+.

Stephanie's place made for a great weekend with a few friends. The space itself was super clean and well laid out, comfortably accommodating five adults. It was ideally located a quick three blocks from the boardwalk and the several restaurants in the area. Street parking was fairly easy to come by and free if parking in the proper areas. The host was incredibly helpful in communicating local updates affecting parking as well as providing check-in info in a timely manner. They included beach passes and chairs which made beach time all that better. All in all this was a great find and made for a comfortable stay for our weekend. Would totally recommend for anyone looking for a nice rental in AP! Thank you for hosting!

This was an awesome spot. Perfect location for me being close to the project I’m working on. Close to everything I needed. I would definitely come stay again!

The place was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. The host was super responsive and really thoughtful, when I mentioned a battery issue, she immediately offered to reimburse me. No issues at all during my stay. It was a solid experience the hospitality was a plus.
