Courtney is a very responsive and communicative host, and the house had what we needed. It is a budget-friendly place to stay that had what we needed.

This was the perfect stay for my finance and I. The location was minutes from the hustle and bustle of Ft Walton. The space was clean, cozy, and quiet! Although smaller, it’s exactly as pictured (which we clearly knew). Plus, how much time do you spend in your room on vacation?? We were excited to find additional towels in the bathroom, extra beach towels, chairs, etc. in the closet, too! We’d stay again for sure!

Easiest access to the beach my family has ever had. More than Enough room for all of us , with every amenity listed on the description. Kitchen stocked with everything making it easy to cook. Coffee a half a block down the street. Pier just a very short drive. Towels for beach and bathroom! Having all the things available for the beach made the trip a 1000 times easier. Definitely recommend 10/10. Super responsive hosts.

This penthouse is exactly as listed- it is the most perfect location, just a simple step from the boardwalk, meaning all nightlife and restaurants are right at your doorstep. The dock right below the balcony allows for many activities such as renting pontoons to be just a step away. A 10 minute drive from beautiful beaches, and easy to get anywhere like target or stores, because it’s right on the highway. It was perfect for our large group of 7, and the apartment was super clean. Ryan is very responsive and a great host. Would recommend this Airbnb, and Destin, to anyone! (And the beds and pillows are incredibly comfy!!!!!!!)

We had a great stay at this house! Everything was exactly as expected – clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The pool was a definite highlight and perfect for relaxing. The host was very responsive and quick to answer any questions. The location is also excellent – close to shops, restaurants, and not far from the beach. We enjoyed everything about our stay and would definitely come back!

We had a great stay. Quiet neighborhood, the pool was awesome for the kids, the house was bigger than it looked on the listing. Great hosts. Awesome place.

It was a nice place to stay. Beautiful home. Washer was broken, but he had someone try to fix it. He was very responsive. Overall nice place to stay

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location was nice and quiet, but still close to restaurants, shops, and other activities. It felt like a peaceful getaway without being too far from anything. The pool was perfect for relaxing, and the short walk to the ocean was a big bonus. The home was very family-friendly and dog-friendly, which made things easy for us. Highly recommend this stay for families, pet owners, or anyone looking for a relaxing coastal getaway with easy access to everything you need.

Affordable Close to attractions Nice restaurants

If I could give a host 10 stars I would! He was extremely welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed our entire stay. We brought 3 Boats (17 foot) and 3 full sized pickup trucks. Craigs place was accommodating and the 6 of us were extremely comfortable. The pool was great and we had no issue with the boat slip. We enjoyed cooking on the grill and swimming in the pool every evening. We truly couldn't have asked for a better experience. Craig we will be back and see you soon!

We really enjoyed our stay at Jeff and Monica’s place. The home was clean, cozy, and had all the supplies we needed. The location is perfect, close to all the main attractions, which made exploring super easy. The hosts were also very responsive and helpful, which we really appreciated. Just a small note for light sleepers, there was occasional noise from the upstairs neighbor, so bringing a noise machine might be a good idea. Overall, a very comfortable and pleasant stay. Loved staying at their little cute townhouse. A perfect spot on 30a close to the beaches and restaurants. Everything is exactly as described. If anything happened/came up during my stay, it was addressed right away. Steve was a great host! 10/10 Will definitely be coming back to stay again!

Beautiful house in a quiet and friendly neighborhood. The house is delightfully decorated and has everything you need for a family vacation. Charlie is friendly in his communication and very proactive. Would definitely recommend!

This place is amazing. Two families comfortably lived here for two weeks of baseball tournaments. Great location to beach, ball fields and restaurants. The host is amazing, proactive and helpful. Amenities were as promised, clean and uncluttered. Went for solo morning runs though beautiful waterfront neighborhoods. Kids played safely in shady fenced in back yard. We loved it so much, we hope to have a reason to stay here again.

The place was so nice and clean!!! Literally in the middle of everything… my favorite was the back deck it was so nice… My husband love the game he literally played it everyday… John sent a message with everything we needed to know and there was no problem… will book again when we return to Florida… Thanks John for everything!!!

The place was perfect for a Destin wedding weekend. It was convenient to the festivities without getting in the middle of the touristy madness. Janine left clear instructions, made great recommendations, and was super responsive. There were lots of little touches that made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. We travel to this area frequently and will be back!

Raphye’s place was wonderful. It’s very cute and clean. The backyard is wonderful to spend time. There are working TVs in every room. It was delightful. Highly recommend

Our stay was nothing short of amazing! The home had everything we needed — from essentials for the kids to all the comforts the adults could ask for. The hosts were extremely accommodating and thoughtful, making sure every detail was taken care of. The house was spotless and fully stocked with anything we might have forgotten, which made everything so easy and stress-free. We truly felt at home and would definitely stay here again.
