Dies ist unsere kleine ruhige 2 Raum Wohnung im Herzen der Dresdner Neustadt. Die Wohnung befindet sich im Hinterhaus eines Mehrfamilienhauses in der 3 Etage, sie besteht aus einer komplett eingerichteten Küche, Bad mit Duschwanne, Wohnzimmer mit Fernseher und Schlafcouch und natürlich einem Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett. Ein Reisebett und Stühlchen für Kleinkinder ist vorhanden und können gern jederzeit mit genutzt werden. Der Parkplatz befindet sich direkt in unmittelbarer Nähe von der Wohnung.

Schöne 1 ZKB, 34 qm, Wohnraum, Küche, Balkon, Bad. Bett 1,80m Breite, Couch, die auch mal für ein Kind geht (keine Bettcouch). Ideal für 1 oder 2 Personen (plus ggf. 1 Kind). Stauraum ist genug da, um auch 4 Wochen zu bleiben, die Küche hat alles, was man braucht, geräumige Dusche, Waschtrockner. Lage: Gastro: 1 Min, Beginn Terrassenufer 1,1 km, Elbe 100 m, Straßenbahn 100 m, Supermarkt 100 m. Das Apartment befindet sich im obersten Geschoss, einen Fahrstuhl haben wir leider noch nicht.

Sehr stylisches und in Zusammenarbeit zwischen Architekt / Innenarchitekt / Möbeldesigner realisiertes 1-Raum-Appartement (Schlafsofa!) mit separatem Duschbad, 31qm Wohnfläche, separatem, eigenen Eingang und Zugang zur Fasssauna. Alle Möbel als individuelle Sonderanfertigung, Küchenarbeitsplatte und Essbar Beton/ Holzeinlegearbeiten/ Epoxidharz. Duschbad mit Betonspachteltechnik, wobei aufgrund der sehr eingeschränkten Platzsituation Dusche und WC räumlich nicht getrennt werden konnten.

Das Apartment befindet sich Nahe der Elbe in einem Hinterhaus mit gemütlichem Außenbereich im mediterranen Stil. Die Innenstadt ist mit der Straßenbahn in 15min zu erreichen. Wer also dem Großstadt Trubel gern ein wenig entflieht und dennoch schnell im Zentrum sein möchte ist gern zum Verweilen eingeladen.

Genieße einen tollen Aufenthalt in dieser zentral gelegenen Unterkunft. Der Bahnhof Neustadt kann zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten erreicht werden. Das Appartment liegt im historischen Teil Dresdens. Man hat einen herlichen freien Blick über den Alaunpark. Es ist modern eingerichtet. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Zahlreiche Restaurants, Bars, Geschäfte und Galerien liegen im Umkreis von 10 Gehminuten. Haustiere sind nach vorheriger Absprache herzlich willkommen.

we had a wonderful stay at svetlanas apartment. it was very clean, comfortable bed and we were able to do the laundry which was a lifesaver on our long trek around Germany. the kitchen was stocked with everything you needed to work up a quick meal. even had a dishwasher we could start on our way out! I'm not sure what is considered down town but it is about a 45 minute walk to the large shopping mall area. you can take public transport and which is right outside for a 25 min bus ride we just aren't quite comfortable using it yet. overall we had a lovely comfortable stay and would recommend to others!

We stayed at this location for several days and we thoroughly enjoyed it. Originally we had planned to stay at a highly rated hotel in the city center. I had read all of the reviews and it looked fantastic. However, several weeks before we arrive I checked again and the reviews had substantially decreased. We decided to cancel and book this one. It was one of the best Airbnb‘s that we have stayed at in Europe. It was pristine, loved the location, balcony was great, and the decor was right on. Everything that we needed was there. Patricia was very communicative and there was easy check-in. She even offered us an earlier time to check in, but unfortunately, we were not able to utilize this as became in later. However, that would definitely have been useful if we had arrived earlier. We also really enjoyed the balcony space. It was very nice and it overbooked a courtyard shared with the other apartments. If we are ever in town again, we would stay here.

the apartment is super-nice and as shown in the pictures. everything was brand new and clean. it's fully equipped with everything you need for a short or even a longer stay. it is located in the middle of dresden neustadt with lots of bars and restaurants around it. since it's located in the second row / backyard and it's very quiet and you could leave windows open all night/day without hearing street noise. the communication was prompt and friendly and self-check in was provided. i would definitely recommend this apartment and would stay here again when back in dresden. thanks, björn

Wir haben uns gleich wie zuhause gefühlt. Alles war vorbereitet und es gab genügend Platz für uns fünf. Die Lage war ruhig ( das wollten wir auch). Die Umgebung ist sauber. Vorallem ist der See zu empfeheln bei Sonnenschein. Es gibt Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, die auch fußläufig sind. Wir hatten einmal indisch gegessen im Himalaya Restaurant und waren zufrieden. :) lieben Dank😃
