Unser Apartment liegt am Rande eines kleinen idyllischen 450 Seelen Dorfes (in der Nähe der Stadt Balingen) mit Tante Emma Laden, Spielplatz und Freibad. Im Gartengeschoss eines Einfamilienhauses erwarten sie helle freundliche Zimmer, eine überdachte Terrasse mit Gartenanteil und eine traumhafte Aussicht über das ganze Tal. Von ihrem Sonnenbänkle aus können sie hier entspannt den Weitblick und die Ruhe genießen.

The cosy little appartment ist located only 3 minutes from highway A81 at the main street of Empfingen.There is a lot of traffic noise during the working days (windows with noise protection!). About 1 hour to the lake of Constance, 50 minutes to Stuttgart. 12 Minutes to the historic town Horb.About 35 minutes to Tübingen and Rottenburg. In our village there are two bakeries, a butcher's shop, 3 restaurants and 2 supermarkets. The parking place is situated about 5m from appartments entrance.

Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich in einem Teil des Gebäudes, der früher zur angrenzenden Brauerei gehörte und in dem sich die Weinabfüllanlage für den brauereieigenen Wein befand. Noch heute kann man im Keller des Gebäudes die alten, leeren Weinfässer bewundern. Das Gebäude wurde dabei über zwei Jahre liebevoll umgebaut. Obwohl der rustikale Charme des ehemaligen Industriegebäudes noch erkennbar ist, bietet die Ferienwohnung eine gemütliche Atmosphäre, in der Sie sich wohlfühlen können.

Nimm die ganze Familie mit in diese tolle Unterkunft mit viel Platz für Spaß und Unterhaltung. Sie bietet 2 Schlafzimmer und ein geräumiges Sofa mit einer Funktion zum Umklappen. Dort könnte man zur Not auch schlafen. Ein separates WC ist auch dabei, um niemand beim Duschen zu stören. Die Wohnung befindet sich im Dachgeschoss unseres Hauses und wir sind bei Fragen problemlos zu erreichen. Fürs dauerhafte Parken stehen gegenüber kostenlose Wanderparkplätze zur Verfügung.

Sie liegt eigentlich ruhig im zu Balingen gehörenden Ort Erzingen und mit sehr guter Anbindung an die B27.
