There are wonderful hiking trails right from the house, which also invite you to go on winter hikes. 5 km further in Langenhart at 720 m, cross-country skiing is possible

The surrounding forest is only 2 minutes away by foot: an idyllic paradise for hikers and mountain bikers with endless trails to discover. Attention radar trap, 30 km/h.The appartment ist located 3 min from highway A81 at the main street of Empfingen.There is a lot of traffic noise during the working days (windows with noise protection!). About 1 hour to the lake of Constance, 50 minutes to Stuttgart. 12 Min to the historic town Horb.About 35 min to Tübingen and Rottenburg. In our village there are 2 bakeries, a butcher's shop, 3 restaurants and 2 supermarkets. The parking place is situated about 5m from appartments entrance.

The apartment is located in a part of the building that used to belong to the adjacent brewery and where the wine bottling plant for the brewery's own wine was located. Even today you can admire the old, empty wine barrels in the basement of the building. The building was lovingly renovated over two years. Although the rustic charm of the former industrial building is still recognizable, the apartment offers a cozy atmosphere where you can feel comfortable.

We renovated our apartment in 2024 with a lot of love, the bathroom was completely rebuilt and underfloor heating was installed. The 30 m² apartment is located directly on the popular Neckar Valley bike path. Oberndorf is a conveniently located starting point for activities in the Black Forest, the Swabian Alb or Lake Constance. This apartment is centrally located. There are shops, downtown, bars and restaurants within easy walking distance.

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. It offers 2 bedrooms and a spacious sofa with a fold-down function. You could sleep there if necessary. A separate toilet is also included so as not to disturb anyone while showering. The apartment is located in the attic of our house and we are easily reachable if you have any questions. For permanent parking, free hiking parking is available opposite.
