We had beautiful days in the apartment, which is wonderfully located. The veranda is a real highlight.

Manfred's apartment was exactly as described, we felt right at home. Everything important was taken care of, there were even coffee capsules - that made me very happy personally. In the old town, you can comfortably walk in a few minutes; there is everything your heart desires. We were able to sleep very well, the apartment is in a rear courtyard, so it's nice and quiet at night. Manfred is a great and very friendly host who is very accessible and open to questions. From arrival to the end of the vacation, everything was very straightforward. Our son was also able to sleep quite well on the sofa bed. We would book with Manfred again at any time if we take another vacation in Ulm. Among other things, we were with our junior in Legoland, in the Donaubad and also in the Charlottenhöhle (the guided tour of the cave lasted an hour and was really mega interesting, clear recommendation).

Communication with Lena was very friendly, check-in straightforward. The apartment is clean and fully equipped and in a very quiet residential area. Parking at the house. My husband felt comfortable and would take the apartment again 👍🏽

I think Susanne has given me the warmest welcome to a vacation apartment ever. I've rarely had such a warm and friendly welcome. Glad to come back :-)

Peter was very helpful, he showed us the place explained everything and was available whenever we had some questions. we had a great stay . the place is wonderful. I would recommend it to all who come and stay in ulm.

The stay was during Christmas and New Year; Christian and his family went above and beyond as hosts, were very kind and helpful, and spoke German and English. I recommend places to visit during your stay; public transport is perfect for supermarket shopping and surrounding areas of interest. A thermal spa is nearby, and there are excellent local hiking trails. This Air BnB has all the modern conveniences: a lounge, sofa, TV area, kitchen, dining area, bathroom, and bedroom. The place has extra beds if need be. Suppose you're after a quiet place with stunning natural beauty and cave systems with boutique shops and restaurants. I recommend it 100 %, and you will enjoy your stay. There is parking if you come by car or bike. Five Star Rating.

I really enjoyed the almost 2-week stay at Markus'. The accommodation fully satisfied me - clean, cozy, everything you need (very well-stocked kitchen, ample storage space, modern furnishings). When there were brief problems with the Wi-Fi, Markus immediately took care of the problem. Communication was straightforward and flawless. The area is nice and quiet and there are varied excursion possibilities, some of which Markus already points out in a small information folder. I would like to be a guest again anytime. ☺️

1+ with asterisks! I stayed here for 3 weeks for work and am absolutely satisfied, I felt very comfortable! The apartment is large enough to prevent the ceiling from falling on your head and living & sleeping is super separated from each other by the clever layout. The amenities provide everything you need in everyday life. The private parking space right outside the door was a small highlight for me, so it was also a lot easier to get in and out 😊 The communication with Julia & Heiko was incredibly friendly and straightforward, my messages were always answered within a few minutes. I also received help on site immediately! Conclusion: I will definitely come back if I need another place to stay in the area! 😊

A very quiet environment, good kitchen, comfortable couch, underfloor heating starts quickly, so it gets warm in the room quickly. The only issue was the water, it was mostly cold in the shower, sink and in the kitchen sink. In the shower,no matter how or how long you tried to set it, the water was either cold or extremely hot for a few seconds and then cold again.

Markus was always easy to reach. The area is peaceful. The train station is around 20 minutes walk by foot

Absolutely perfect. We stayed in the accommodation for 1 month and felt very comfortable. The apartment is incredibly well equipped, absolutely nothing was missing. Everything was clean, communication was always friendly and fast. Really perfect and highly recommended! Location is also very good, especially if you have kids. Thanks so much for having us!

Thomas was a friendly and accommodating yet unobtrusive host. The apartment was spacious, well-equipped, attractive, private, and very clean. Stuffed-animal door stops added personality. Altogether a great place to stay!

She is a very kind, welcoming and helpful person. She made us feel like home and she always offered help. She even offered usher bike in case of willing to go for a ride in the park. Moreover, Birgit's apartment is a gorgeous one,placed in a very quiet place. Staying in her apartament was like staying at home. Extremely clean, creatively decorated, fully equipped with everything you need. Absolutely perfect! I strongly recommend her and the apartment when going to Geislingen! You won't regret it! We had a lovely stay at the property. It is accessible only by car, but it was no problem to park in the yard. Everything was neat and clean. The possibility to use the sauna was just great for us in the evening and everything worked very well. The bathrooms and other rooms were very clean. Great was the free way to use bikes, grill and sit outside. The yard was very quiet and it was very relaxed. Marion responded very quickly to inquiries and helped us out.

I stayed with Yusuf and his family in the attic apartment for a week during a training in Heidenheim. There's really everything you'll need in the apartment. The internet works perfectly, I felt very comfortable :-)

Great location, easy to walk anywhere from the apartment. Nicely decorated, or kids enjoyed the miniature pool table!

We were there from Monday to Friday. The place was very nice. With a wonderful terrace and hot tub. Olli took care of the heating. Betty took care of all questions immediately. It's up there just like we imagined. Wonderfully quiet to relax and hike. We had two small dogs with us and for them it was heaven on earth! If you want to relax and hike... the best address
