Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Oberhavel

Die Wohnung mit umlaufender Terrasse und inmitten der Natur ist eine Oase. Man merkt, dass sie mit Liebe und Blick auf die Bedürfnisse der Gäste eingerichtet wurde. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt und Andrea, die Hausherrin, war jederzeit ansprechbar. Sogar eine Traktorfahrt gab es extra für unsere Kinder. Die Tiere sind wirklich süß und vor allem für Kinder ein Highlight. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder in diese Idylle!

Wir haben eine herrliche Auszeit in Heikes Bungalow verbracht! Ein rundum erholsamer Trip. Der Bungalow ist super gut ausgestattet für alle Wetterlagen, ein Kamin der extrem bedienungsfreundlich ist (auch für unerfahrene Kaminnutzer*innen garkein Problem!), ein sehr gemütliches Bett, ein Bad mit Dusche (mit perfektem Wasserdruck & Temperatur!), eine gut ausgestattet Küche und ein wunderbarer Essbereich vor der Haustür!!! Und Heike ist einfach ein Schatz - freundlicher Kontakt, super easy Anreise, tolle Gespräche und gute Tipps. Alles in Allem war das "Schlimmste" nur 3 Übernachtungen gebucht zu haben - wir hatten eine richtig gute Zeit 😊

wij werden gastvrij en vriendelijk ontvangen. bij aankomst werden wij verrast door een verwenpakket en welkomsgroet. alles is aanwezig om te koken en te verblijven. prima bedden, heel schoon, lekker privé en schoon sanitair. perfecte uitvalsbasis om met de trein naar Berlijn te gaan en de omgeving te ontdekken. Margit en Heiko zijn behulpzaam en fijne hosts. wij komen nog een keer. groetjes uit Nederland

Wir hatten nur für eine Nacht eingecheckt, um einen Geburtstag zu feiern. Etwas anders als vom Foto des Hauses erwartet, befindet sich das Haus im Dorf und links und rechts sind weitere Häuser. Hinter dem Haus befindet sich der alte Bauernhof, mit Hühnern , Kanninchen Ziegen und einer hübschen Voliere. Im Sommer kann man sich sehr schön auch im Garten aufhalten und draußen an Tischen mit Bänken essen. Für einen Kaffee im Freien hat das Wetter gerade so gereicht. Wir wurden so herzlich empfangen dass wir uns sofort zuhause gefühlt haben. Petra ist eine sehr nette Gastgeberin. An-und Abreise wurde sehr kulant gehandhabt, es wurde sogar der Tag vor uns blockiert, um eine frühere Anreise zu ermöglichen. Es gab von Petra sogar einen köstlichen Geburtstagskuchen. Tipps für Unternehmungen gab es auch. Das Kloster Heiligengrabe ist sehr lohnend. Wittstock ist auch einen Besuch wert. Viel mehr konnten wir in der kurzen Zeit allerdings nicht erkunden. Es war ein sehr schöner kurzer Aufenthalt.

Wunderschönes Haus zum Wohlfühlen und Entspannen!

Wir, 4 Mädels auf Wochenend-Wellness-Trip, waren total begeistert von diesem wunderschön und stilvoll eingerichtetem Loft. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt und die Lage ist einfach perfekt... zu Fuß in's holländische Viertel in 20 min. Wir möchten es gerne um nächsten Jahr wieder buchen 🤩

A wonderful little weekend away, and can thoroughly recommend for any families looking to escape Berlin but not go too far. Lakes, Nature Reserve, Zoo and Ive cream shop all nearby and the accomodation is set up perfectly for families, everything you need! Thanks for a lovely stay!

Wir haben uns in der Unterkunft rundum wohlgefühlt! Die Wohnung war großzügig geschnitten, sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht – besonders die Küche war top eingerichtet. Es hat an nichts gefehlt! Die Gastgeberin war ausgesprochen freundlich und herzlich. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder!

We had a fabulous stay at Cornelius’ place as a family of four with two young (ish) children. Cornelius was very responsive and friendly from the moment we booked until we checked out, giving us flexibility on check in and check out to accommodate our flights. The apartment itself was amazing, spotless and equipped with everything we needed for our stay. We loved the balcony with incredible views across the city. It was an easy walk to public transport, restaurants, supermarkets, and parks. We will most definitely be back.

Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt in Petras Einliegerwohnung vor den Toren Berlins. Mit dem Auto sind es ca. 10 min bis zum nächsten Bahnhof Falkensee, wo sich ein grosser kostenfreier Parkplatz befindet. In der modern sanierten Wohnung war alles vorhanden für 4 Personen. Petra ist eine nette aufmerksame Gastgeberin und war sehr gut erreichbar.

Haben uns wegen Stau leider sehr verspätet. War trotzdem überhaupt kein Problem noch einzuchecken. Die Wohnung hat uns insgesamt auch sehr gut gefallen. Juliane und ihr Mann sind sehr nett und haben sogar ein paar Getränke und Süßigkeiten für uns da gelassen. Alles in allem kann ich sie nur weiterempfehlen.

This is a great neighbourhood - a few mins walk to the train and just a wee bit longer to the bus - but that's also where there are heaps of shops and a great supermarket. The local Saturday market was a highlight and we enjoyed the local cafe with jazz we stumbled across on Sunday night. The apartment is well designed and equipped - I loved it. Beautiful linen on the beds - big comfortable beds, fresh flowers, good range of condiments. The location and being on the ground floor were the deal breakers. Im already planning my next stay (and will remodel my pwn bathroom based on this very funky one). We stayed 7 nights and the weekend (Fri/Sat) very noisey lots of street noise - however otherwise very peaceful. I'm already planning on how to come back.

Very nice accommodation and the host was very friendly and proactive. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, far from stress or any loud activity. We can definitely recommend!

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Der Garten ist wunderschön und groß, mit vielen kleinen Ecken in denen man es sich richtig gemütlich hat. Sabine belebt diesen Ort mit Liebe und Feingefühl, was es so angenehm macht dort zu sein.

Der Aufenthalt war genau so wie wir ihn uns vorgestellt hatten. Schön raus ins grüne- mit herrlichem Garten, Seezugang und einigen Seen noch um die Ecke. Die Sauna war ein Träumchen, genau wie der Kamin der einfach eine tolle Wärme und Gemütlichkeit hineinbringt. Wir hatten leider nur eine Nacht Aufenthalt an diesem schönen Ort und kommen gerne wieder 🙃

Die Wohnung war auf den Bildern gut zu sehen, ein großes Grundstück und die direkte Lage am See war hervorragend.

We greatly enjoyed our stay. Clean, quiet, and easy. Nathalie is a great communicator and made us feel at home.

It’s a wonderful place. We all really enjoyed it. I wish we had time to use the pool more because my three year-old grandson had a great time in the pool. The nearby park is great for kids and has an interesting history. The only suggestion I have about this Airbnb is the glass table legs are really a hazard. My daughter in law and I both hurt our feet. I ended up wrapping towels around the legs. Also could use a hook or two in the guest bathroom there is absolutely nowhere to hang a towel. The nearby beer Garden with dozens of birds is great fun as well.

Super netter Kontakt mit dem Gastgeber. Unkomplizierter check-in, auf Nachfrage auch ein etwas späterer Checkout möglich gewesen. Die Unterkunft ist sehr gut ausgestattet, alles was man für den Aufenthalt benötigt und dazu ein super bequemes Bett und eine schöne ruhige Terrasse. Beim nächsten Berlin Aufenthalt sehr gerne wieder!

I had a great stay at Gérard and Cinderella's place. The studio is facing the backyard, the bed/ pillows were very comfortable, and there were thick curtains, which all made it easy to sleep well. The studio is located right next to an U-Bahn station, which makes it super easy to access various locations in Berlin. Gérard and Cinderella were both great at communicating and answered any questions promptly. They also generously allowed me to check in early, which I really appreciated. I would absolutely recommend their place!

My wife and I recently embarked on a two-week adventure around Europe, starting with the beautiful city of Berlin. We were truly captivated by the charm and vibrancy of the city, and we found that many attractions were easily walkable, making our exploration even more enjoyable. A special shoutout to Simon, who was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout our stay. His recommendations for places to visit were spot on, and we genuinely enjoyed every moment of our time in Berlin. We can't wait to return and experience more of what this amazing city has to offer. Highly recommend!

I don’t even know where to start. 100/5 stars. This was the best AirBnB I’ve ever stayed in. Erzsebet and Andreas are simply lovely. It really was like staying with my grandparents. There is a lovely garden and the location is super quiet, yet very convenient to the airport. I rode there in around 30 minutes. It takes about an hour on Public Transit to the city centre. The flat is spacious and comfortable. The kindness and generosity of the hosts is absolutely amazing. Maybe I looked skinny after 10 weeks of Bikepacking - food kept magically appearing. Plenty of grocery and restaurant options in the immediate area. No issues with me having a bicycle with me either.

We loved staying at Dan and Robert‘s apartment. It was meticulously clean and visually stimulating. We enjoyed watching the action on the street from the fourth floor. Surprisingly, the apartment is very quiet for an urban location. All the furnishings were comfortable and absolutely everything worked. The kitchen was perfectly stocked and laid out. The hosts were always extremely responsive and welcoming. Robert gave us excellent gallery recommendations and we so appreciated his expertise. We absolutely loved our one month stay in this splendid department. There is great transit, wonderful restaurants, groceries, excellent coffee, shops within easy walking distance. Prenzlauerberg is a magical place with lots of street trees, interesting shopping, excellent dining, and a very nice vibe. We would highly recommend this apartment to anybody on a visit to Berlin. It’s exceptional. Don’t hesitate to book this unique and visually attractive apartment.
