Kempten is the metropolis in beautiful Allgäu. The light-flooded apartment is located in the northern city center. It is a 5-minute walk to St. Lorenz is a 5-minute walk. There is also the beautiful weekly market twice a week on Wednesdays and Saturdays. Here is also the residence of the former monastery and today's court with its beautiful gardens. From here, the Kempten city center also begins with its pedestrian zone and the shopping metropolis of the Allgäu.

The apartment can accommodate 3 people and has its own access with a key box. A separate entrance leads you to the spacious 2-room apartment with a magnificent view over the eastern Günztal. Well-developed hiking and cycling trails are easily accessible from here. Here the clocks tick differently. Far from stress, traffic and everyday life, relaxation is guaranteed.

Comfortable and spacious apartment in a rural area. Through an extensive hallway you reach all 3 bedrooms as well as the large kitchen-living room that can accommodate 6 people, from there you reach a large south-facing balcony . In addition, there is a living room with a nice seating area from where you can access the balcony to the east. The big bathroom has a bath, shower and a sink, the toilet is separate.

The rural location invites you to unwind & relax, but due to the proximity to Kempten, nearby sports & recreational areas (Alps, Lake Constance, etc), spas and many other leisure activities, there is still no boredom. In a very quiet location, you can escape everyday life with us and still be at a superbly connected starting point to enjoy the Allgäu.

In the heart of Memmingen is our apartment on a quiet street in the Gerberviertel. In less than three minutes on foot along the city stream, you are in the old town and can enjoy the variety of shops, restaurants and cafes there. The train station and bus station as well as taxis are a four-minute walk away.

Living in Unique architecture

The multi award-winning house is located in a spectacular location above the old town of Bregenz. High above a creek, flanked by the green slope opposite, the house looks towards the valley. The architecture is sensual, clear and regionally authentic
