Take your time for yourself and your family will make your vacation at the most beautiful time of the year. We are not connected to a large ski resort. There are no entertainment parks, as on many peaks of our mountains and apreski. We do not have a Playstation but we have the forest as probably the largest, most versatile and creative playground there is for young to old behind the house.

Small but nice

Enjoy life in this small but fine place. It's a one-room apartment, but with everything you need! Fully equipped kitchen, king size double bed, bathroom with shower and toilet and last but not least there is also a garden with wonderful views of the Kitzbühel Alps! Ideal for two and your four-legged friend can of course also come along!
