Corona free and well disinfected! Enjoy a peaceful stay in our idyllic house with large garden, trampoline, outside sauna & private lake, 20km south of Munich. The house has 4 bedrooms, a whirlpool, a well equipped kitchen, a games room, a living room with fireplace, large sofas & TV. There are 3 showers in total and two bathrooms. We want to provide a safe retreat and a home away from home in these crazy times. We will always disinfect the house thoroughly!

Apartment Öfelekopf is so named for its amazing view of the mountains. This luxury modern apartment was completely refurbished in 2021 and offers everything for a relaxing break. This apartment would suit a couple who enjoy the outdoors, but also like to wind down in luxury...breakfast on the balcony, Netflix on the corner sofa, shower under the stars in the beautiful bathroom and sleep like a baby in the huge comfortable bed.

Sehr schönes Holzblockhaus auf großem Grundstück mit großem Naturteich. Sehr ruhige Umgebung am Waldrand. Ideal für Leute die Ruhe suchen. Zwei Badezimmer mit Dusche und Badewanne. Schön angelegter Garten mit Gartenmöbel zum Verweilen. 1/2 Stunde bis zum Bodensee und eine Stunde bis nach München. 15 min. von neuem Center-Park entfernt. Dort kann man auch Tagestickets kaufen.

We had a wonderful stay in the penthouse apartment! The interior is beautifully decorated, combining modern elegance with cozy alpine charm. The fully equipped kitchen made it easy to prepare meals, though the local dining options were also hard to resist! The location is superb, just a short walk from the ski lifts and the town center, making it incredibly convenient. The host was attentive and made sure our stay was effortless and enjoyable. I highly recommend this penthouse to anyone looking for a perfect blend of luxury and adventure in St Anton!

Five stars are not enough to describe this place. Everything is just perfect - the building, the apartment, and which is more important - the host family. It’s located literally 5 minutes away from a local ski resort - Alpbach, and around 35 minutes away from both Mayrhofen and Kitzbuhel. Zillerral is in 25 minutes. The apartment has anything you’ll need including an oven, a bath, and a really gorgeous fireplace (this is a thing. We’re from Sweden, and really know what we’re talking about). All cutlery and stuff is also there. It was an absolute stunning experience, we’ve spent 2 weeks there on Christmas holidays and couldn’t wish more for a perfect rest! Laundry room is fully equipped at your service. It is not clear with the photos, however you’ll get a huge walking wardrobe on the way from your bedroom to the bathroom. Another thing to mention is the antique furniture and lighting- this adds up to the ambience of this place!

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt! Die Unterkunft ist zwar klein, aber sehr gemütlich und bestens ausgestattet. Für vier Personen im Rahmen eines Aktivitätenurlaubs war sie absolut ausreichend. Besonders gefallen hat uns die saubere und liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung. Ein kleiner Hinweis: Für große Menschen könnte die Dachschräge etwas herausfordernd sein. Ansonsten eine klare Empfehlung – wir kommen gerne wieder! 😊

Underrated airbnb! Our family of five had an absolute blast at Roswhita place. The entire place is so well put together that we wish to replicate it at our place down under. From the unbelievably well kitted out kitchen to the comfy sofas, to the Wii (such a clever move), to the clean Lego, room specific underfloor heating, comfortable beds, gorgeous views of the endless enormous windows... such a cozy home. Impeccable. The location? a quiet town with classic German B roads that were Disney looking in winter. The perfect location to relax, truly feel at home and be relatively close to Legoland, Munich, thermal swimming, etc... We will be back 😊.

Die Unterkunft ist absolut empfehlenswert. Wir haben einen tollen Urlaub dort verbracht. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und ein toller Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in der Region. Die Wohnung ist perfekt ausgestattet und noch schöner als auf den Bildern. Ein Highlight ist der Kamin, der die Winterabende richtig gemütlich gemacht hat. Hubert und Ines sind tolle Gastgeber, sehr freundlich, bei Fragen immer verfügbar und trotzdem angenehm zurückhaltend. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful house in Innsbruck! The location was peaceful and quiet, and close to a bus station which took us to the Innsbruck city center. The views from the house were beautiful, and the house itself was charming and very clean. Hans was an exceptional host, going above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Since we didn’t have a car, he kindly drove us to a nearby grocery store and gave us great recommendations for nearby restaurants. His family was also very helpful in providing recommendations for ski resorts in the area. The hosts were always quick to respond to any questions we had, which made everything so much easier. We had the best experience and would definitely recommend this property to anyone visiting.
