The 40 m² apartment + 10 m² balcony is located in a residential complex about 700 m from the Weissensee and 10 km from the Breitenbergbahn. The environment is perfect for swimming, skiing, hiking, biking. The pool and sauna can be reached via a basement corridor. On the outdoor area there is a barbecue area, tennis court, mini golf course. Important: In November, the pool & large sauna are closed due to Closed for maintenance from about 11/05. The small sauna (up to 4 people) remains open.

King Ludwig's Old Neighbour

Welcome to the house of my childhood memories. It is located right below the castles of Neuschwanstein and Hohenschwangau, surrounded by lakes and mountains. Inspired by the contrast between heritage and sharing economies, the designer Michl Sommer and his team of featuring-amsterdam have created this microcosm inside the traditional neighbourhood of Hohenschwangau. The 180 sqm living area provides generous space, and the 1'400 sqm garden is large enough for football games.

This two-storey gallery penthouse on 133m2, located in the Walensee resort, is characterized by its unique view of the mountains and directly over the lake. From this location you can walk to the Unterterzen-Flumserberg gondola in a few minutes, to the Unterterzen train station in 150m or to the lake. The apartment (64 sqm) can accommodate 3 people. In addition (!), a construction trailer can be booked as an additional room (for 4 people/3 adults). The construction trailer is in the park. (The construction trailer cannot be used if it is not expressly booked for sleeping.

My accommodation is located at our detached house in a quiet residential area very close to Lake Constance. The bus stop for the city bus to Lindau is a few minutes away. A nice foot/bike path goes to Wasserburg Dorf. The 1-bedroom apartment has a nice terrace, where you can also barbecue, and a small garden. Linens, towels and dish towels are included. The nearby, free Lindenhofbad with beach cafe is within walking distance.
