An extensive well-kept hiking network, bike paths and thermal baths invite you to get to know our area. Illmensee is a very good starting point for attractive leisure activities, such as the lake park with foot golf, golf and water skiing, which can be reached in 15 minutes. Super great place and Sabine as hostess very very nice. Everything worked out. The place was clean, parking is in front of the door, the check-in worked out great, the sauna area was great and the general coordination with Sabine always worked out great. Also, thanks for the hiking tips. In addition, we had great weather for the days and look back positively. There were two of us with two dogs. Walks right outside the door are fantastic and all the people around are super friendly. We will definitely be back! ☺️

We arrived as a family with 2 small children. Petra provided a second crib and a second high chair. The apartment is very comfortably furnished, very clean and has everything you need. The two balconies have a great view of Lake Constance, the mountains and the sunset. It is very quiet and only 3 minutes outside the "city walls". All in all, you get at least what you pay here including friendly and flexible landlords. We can only make a clear recommendation!

The place was exactly what we needed. There are apartments for smaller groups or families and chalets for longer stays. We found our apartment in impeccable condition and we had a very friendly check-in experience. The lifts to either side of the Silvretta Montafon skiing area are in less than 10 minutes of walking distance to the accomodation, with the possibility of safely storing your skis and snowboards at the station. It was definitely worth our money and I can for sure think about booking there again.

Had an all-around wonderful stay! The place was exactly as described – we didn't miss anything at all. Particularly pleasant: the existing Nespresso capsule machine, which has made the start of the day even more beautiful. The location is simply fantastic – the view of Ladis and the surrounding mountains is unique. You can really forget the clock when you sit on the terrace and enjoy this panorama – just beautiful! The proximity to the gondola station was also ideal for us as skiers. The footpath is short and uncomplicated, and the best part: on site we were able to deposit our ski equipment and move right there – super practical and stress-free. All in all: a great place to stay with a great host. We will be happy to come back!
