We had a fabulous weekend!! House is beautiful and the location is fabulous.

We 100% recommend Amy's house along the river. Our stay at the Fall River house was wonderful. This is a perfect place to go for relaxation and fun. It was great to be away from any city, staying in this beautiful house along the river. The house is well-stocked with plenty of outdoor equipment. We used the stand up paddle board, kayak, and inner tubes. Our group had a great time playing pickle ball on the black top area and thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub and the berries and vegetables in the garden. We loved the house itself too. Well designed and exceedingly pleasant to stay in. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook or BBQ ever dinner at the house. We enjoyed most of our meals outside at the picnic table on the grass by the river. Amy was helpful and very responsive. This was our second stay at Fall River, such a delightful get awy

Lisa’s place is fantastic! It's in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood with an incredible deck and backyard. This house is perfect for two families traveling together and multigenerational families traveling together. Lisa is a great communicator, answering any questions I had very quickly! You won’t be disappointed with Lisa’s place. We hope to stay here again in the future!

Huge home with many places to sit and relax/enjoy meals - both indoors and out! Access to the pontoons paddle boards made our stay extra fun. The house sits above a slough off the Willamette, which is not physically connected to the river. Other then a few kayaks and the runners on the Pre Trail across the slough, it's just birds and other wildlife. Very private! Outdoor patios are wonderful, and the large water feature covers the freeway noise well. Beds were comfortable. There are 3 bedrooms on the main floor; 2 share a full bath with shower only; 3rd bedroom has an ensuite with tub/shower combo. Lower level is all one big master with king bed, sitting area and large bathroom. Kitchen has all you need to cook a gourmet meal. This is definitely their residence for at least part of the year, so it's not a sterile environment. Piano, many TV's and lots of board games and books. Montra was super responsive and a wonderful host!

My boyfriend and I loved our stay! It was peaceful up in the trees, the host has an incredible attention to detail, and it was unlike anything we have experienced before! 1000 percent recommend it!

Far exceeded our expectations. Tons of room for our family, with comfortable spaces to relax and sleep. The house has a great bohemian chic vibe, but is not over-cluttered and was spotlessly clean. In addition, the kitchen wares were extensive so we were well set up to cook and dine in the house. The neighborhood was quiet and lovely - a great place to take a walk. Would return in a heartbeat!!

Everything was great and Danielle was at the ready to make sure everything was good and I had everything I needed.

Great little place for two. The place was clean and had everything we needed. Quiet and private area despite being a back house. The only thing is when entering the address in maps, it takes you to the side street and not to the driveway. Our Lyft drivers kept getting directed to the side street. Not a big deal but a little hard to find the place based off navigation. I loved that there’s a little market and convenience store within walking distance. I would def recommend this place or even stay here again

We enjoyed our stay. The space was unique and comfortable. Was cool to see all the places people have visited from also the town is one of the cutest towns I have visited in Oregon!

This private place was perfect for our 3 day stay in Eugene. It was clean and had all you need. I loved the private patio - my little pooch and I spent time each afternoon relaxing there. Hendricks Park is just 3 blocks away and is great for hiking or listening to birds. We enjoyed Agate Alley for Mexican and pub food nearby. We also got yummy take-out pizza and salad from “Hey Neighbor!” The duplex is only 5 blocks from Hayward Field if you are in town for track and field. We would definitely stay here again.

This was one of our favourite vacation rentals of all time. We had a fantastic, peaceful, weeklong getaway at the Lone Wolf Cabin. The lack of Wifi and cell service was a massive plus for us. Our two dogs had a blast exploring the woods around the cabin and hiking the local trails. There were so many dog-friendly amenities! We're already dreaming of when we can return (and our dogs keep asking us when we can go back).

Jessie and Robert's place is a very nice place to stay. They have accommodated all of our needs.

We had a lovely visit. The surrounding area is beautiful and the nearby hills were green with sporadic flowering trees. So quiet. The house was a wonderful size with all the amenities and more. Games and puzzle and records to play and even a guitar. We enjoyed a fire in the evening and making meals. Bathroom is spacious and warm. Every wall had windows and something new to look at. It was a charming getaway.

We loved our relaxing weekend at the Bellpine cabin and can’t wait to go back. We appreciated the special touches, the amazing property, and hospitality with banana bread on arrival. We enjoyed morning and evening walks to the top of the orchard for the great views and walks on the forest trails with our dog. It was very peaceful and relaxing to spend time on the private deck and lawn and it was nice and cozy on a chilly night with the woodstove. We walked to a nearby winery and it was so pleasant. Thank you to April and Alan for being so helpful, welcoming and responsive.

A great place to stay in Oakridge especially if you’re here to bike! Close to everything that you need and would highly recommend to anyone visiting the area.

We had the best time at Mama Mountain Lodge! The cabin was so peaceful and had great amenities when coming back from ling hikes. L.J. and Jessie gave great recommendations and instructions to the place before we even arrived. The host even put up a Happy Birthday sign for my fiance which was so kind and thoughtful. They also put out a toy for our dog and stuff to make smores for us. I highly recommend staying here!

We had a nice stay and everything in the description matched what we actually got. Alisa & Mike seemed attentive. The neighborhood was nice and quite.

Overall this home was very nice! Some of the highlights were that it was very clean and nicely decorated. Beds were comfy and many amenities were included like spices, dishwasher detergent, etc. Having wood to build a fire in the winter was also very nice!

Perfect size cabin for our annual girls snowshoe weekend (four of us). Geoffrey covered the BBR guest registration fees, we just had to check-in, and were able to enjoy all the amenities BBR has too. Great location!

We have stayed at a number of Black Butte houses, and we all agreed that this house is one of the most warm and cozy places we've seen at the ranch! It snowed while we were there so the hygge meter was maxed out with the wood interior, fireplace, and two comfy couch areas, one with TV, one without. Had everything we needed, and things we didn't know we needed, like skylights above the two queen beds so you can see snow or stars! Bathrooms a bit on the small side but everything else was plenty spacious for our group of 7.

We enjoyed our stay at Linda's place! It's tucked away in the woods which made it feel private and you're surrounded by nature, which we liked. We enjoyed the fireplace, and the open kitchen / dinning room / living room is great for socializing with family. I would recommend this place if you're coming to Black Butte.
