We had an incredible stay at Ocean Breeze! Jerri was so informative, helpful, and responsive. George and Mabel made us feel like family and ensured we had everything we needed. Definitely have Mabel and Sami cook for you! We loved being able to walk right off the pier in front of the house and snorkel every day- the reef is fantastic. It was great having the Reefhouse right next door as well. The house is well stocked, laid out well, AC in the bedrooms is cool, and the view is stunning. Just for awareness, we are a large family and the extra bedrooms are in an apartment-style down a path behind the house. It is close by, but a couple of our kids had to sleep over there and that might not work for everyone. Also the house is 45 min at least from West Bay, but we actually preferred the location of the house to the more touristy side of the island. Everyone we met was so kind, we were well cared for, and we had a great mix of fun and relaxation. Thank you!

This place is the perfect place to understand the local vibe of Roatan.Walk to the boat taxis ..good mix of local and expats in the neighborhood.Provided bicycles if you don’t have a car to get to all amenities within 2 km .We loved the dog that protects the property also .Hes a beautiful boy.Elwin is a very sweet man aiming to please his guests .A local Gem

Richard's home was perfect! Well equipped and Just high enough to enjoy a splendid view of the sea, 180 degrees, especially from the small terrace (covered) upstairs! Richard was very helpful in organizing boat expeditions in the surrounding area that allowed me to discover a superb place of apnea, in complete tranquility, the most beautiful apnea of my life! Access to the sea was not quite direct, but the locals, very kind, allowed me to get there without any problem. To discover in particular, the restaurant La Sirena, 3 minutes walk away, and further by Jade Beach boat on the island of Barbareta and the apnea around Pigeon Cay. I hope to go back someday…

This was a delightful 2-bedroom cottage which was clean, modern, well-maintained and had AC and hot water in the shower. The host arranged for my entry and also a moto taxi so that I could get to and from Punta Gorda (PG) village where I enjoyed Garifuna food, music and culture. The cottage is very safe, quiet, had nice views and working Wi-Fi. You could walk to PG from here (about 2 miles), but mototaxi or moped may be better options. The furniture in the home was tastefully arranged and you could tell that host put some thought into what guests might need. The fridge, kitchen and bathroom were super clean with towels left out for me. I liked it here and would definitely stay again. It’s a good spot for families, but also solo travel or couples.
