Incredible remodel on this River Front location! Close to town, Yosemite and Bass Lake! The Trees and view are gorgeous! Open floorplan with dining room living room and kitchen island combo. Family room with luxury reclining leather sofa and chairs. Three bedrooms and two baths. Additional enclosed patio room with pool table and a/c and additional frig. Big yard with horseshoe pits, lots of room to roam and adjacent to Nelder Creek below the Fresno river merge. Wildlife. Many amenities!

Grill or relax outdoors as Miami Creek flows through summer. 400 ft dirt road from paved road with plenty of parking. Yosemite South gate is up Hwy 41 about 20 miles.

Come and stay in our beautiful country home in the spectacular southern Sierra. We are only 17 gorgeous miles from the entrance into Yosemite National Park. Spend the day hiking the trails in Yosemite then come home and enjoy a refreshing swim in the large, private in-ground pool. You are only 7 minutes from the mountain village of Oakhurst where you can dine out in one of our many restaurants or take in a movie.
