Little Barn is an idyllic place to stay. Simon and Nicola are incredibly welcoming and helpful, the living space is extremely comfortable and spotlessly clean and the kitchen has everything you could need to easily prepare meals. The bed is really comfy, the shower is quite simply wonderful and Little Barn is so homely I could live there quite easily. Lastly, the views across to Longridge Fell, the peace and quiet and close proximity to Chipping, Longridge and local attractions such as Bowland Fell, make Little Barn a five star place to escape to.

Lovely getaway, modern, private lodge, stunning location. We really enjoyed our stay and the surrounding walks and villages. Lodge was fully equipped with everything you need, very clean and spacious, lovely big bath. Justice was very accommodating with our last minute change of dates. Wish we had booked longer!

This was exactly what we wanted over the Christmas period. Quiet with a sow pace of life in wonderful surroundings. The place was extremely cosy and a delight to stay in. Thank you.

The cottage was easy to find from Derek's instructions which we didn't expect with how rural the area was. The house was beautiful and had extra amenities we didn't expect including a guest account for Netflix on the TV and a fancy fridge with an ice maker. Our dog enjoyed the garden (especially the ducks!) And absolutely loved the private field and river areas. She had a great run off the lead around here and a paddle in the river. With how rural the area was, it was a very quiet and peaceful area but we also visited the Beacon Fell nature reserve which was only a short 15 minute drive which was beautiful. The hosts were very helpful and were happy to answer any questions we had, even if we had already asked the question and just forgotten what they said!
