Great place as described in the listing. We faced a long powercut (4hrs) right after we checked in. I believe it was a one time thing. Really like the way he approached the situation. Praba was proactive to inform about the alternatives he can provide. The amenities were of great help as we were in Colombo for a wedding reception

This is my first Airbnb experience. The stay was just AMAZING. We stayed at the property for 7 days in March and we loved the property so much that we extended another couple of days. The property was as described, beautiful and comfortable. Most importantly, I have to appreciate the host, Chathura. Chathura was responsive, quick, kind and proactive. We felt extremely comfortable and my family was very grateful. My relatives visited us throughout the stay and they all commended the property. Whenever we visit Sri Lanka, we now have a place to stay. Thank you Chathura for the well maintained property and for answering all my queries throughout the stay. Well done and keep it up!!!

This was our second time staying at Don’s beautiful home, and it was just as wonderful as the first. The house is very clean, comfortable, and well taken care of, truly a relaxing place to stay. We booked Andy’s property for a colleague visiting from overseas, and she had a wonderful stay. The home was safe, comfortable, and she absolutely loved it. Andy was incredibly helpful and responsive to anything we needed, which made the experience even better. Highly recommended!

Jay's place was really great for a 1 night stay. The area was quiet, peaceful and surrounded by lush greens. It was easy to get around with a car. As a host, both Jay and Vino were very helpful and responsive even late at night. Pleasant stay overall.

The villa is great .. Swimming pool is good .. The communication is easy and good .. Maybe the only one thing that if you are expecting a privacy in your staying i will tell you don't .. There is a nice guy his name Lalith he is a caretaker living next to the pool .. And offering us every help we need .. He is cooking good food .. Only that Colombo is about 25 to 30 minutes by car .

Perfect location, just a 2 minute walk from Grind where they serve excellent coffee and food. The apartment is compact but has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The co-host, Tharusha, is very fast to respond and very helpful. Overall a good stay and we would come back purely for the central location and fast communication.

Tilak and Sriyanthi are warm, attentive, and responsive hosts. Flat is in a peaceful, quiet neighborhood with easy access to anything one might need. Being able to share a space with Tilak's art was a real privilege — I wouldn't think of staying anywhere else when in Colombo.

Always great hosts and responds fast if I had any issues. The place is very clean and beautiful. Had wonderful stuff at reception and security. There are many restaurants and good coffee near by. The shopping mall is at walking distance. One of the best stays in Colombo.

I’m extremely fussy when it comes to cleanliness, and this place exceeded all expectations. Every corner was spotless, fresh, and beautifully maintained. You could tell that real care and pride go into looking after this property. It honestly felt like walking into our own home but better! Gayan’s attention to detail made the stay even more special. Everything we needed was provided, and more. Check-in was easy, the location was perfect, and we felt completely safe and comfortable throughout our stay. Without a doubt, this has been the best Airbnb experience we’ve ever had. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would.

Sudam's place was very clean and a quite place with all things I wanted. walking distance to supermarket and restaurants, Sudam is respectful and quite easy to communicate, we had a pleasant stay and highly recommend.

As per the pics and Ramesha was a great host. Late check out was available which was really good. AC worked well and washing machine was fab. WiFi also fast and easy to connect to. Rooftop gym and pool also good.

Was very pleased with finding this apartment as it was in a very convenient location making it easy to go to all the places we needed. The apartment is exactly like the pictures- the ideal size for a small family. Loved how elegantly it was furnished as well, and included all the amenities we required. It’s also fairly spacious for a one bedroom apartment which made it easy to keep our toddler. Eresha is a lovely host, very responsive to all my inquiries and very understanding to our needs. The security is also also very helpful and friendly, which made checking in a smooth process. Highly recommend this place and will definitely book again!

The apartment is spacious, clean, there is linen, dishes, washing machine. The hot water is intermittent, the TV during our stay was only working the first day, but it wasn't needed, so we didn't reach out to the host. The host is always available, goes to a meeting, it was necessary to extend the stay - extension without any problems. Right next to the entrance is a great coffee shop with fast free internet. We recommend this place to stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Tamara’s place! The house was exceptionally clean, AC rooms, beautifully designed, and fully stocked with all the amenities you could need. The location was excellent and convenient, perfect for exploring Colombo. After a terrible experience with another host in Mount Lavinia, I urgently needed to relocate to a safe and comfortable place, and this apartment was a breath of fresh air! The space is modern, spotless, and incredibly comfortable. The host was exceptionally kind and helpful, and he handled everything with the utmost respect and professionalism which made all the difference during a difficult time. I truly appreciate everything he did to make my stay comfortable and worry-free. Without a doubt, whenever I return to Colombo, this is the place I’ll choose to stay!

We were very happy spending a few days. We were very comfortable and well taken care of. The place was well equipped and clean. The host Chathurangi, was very easy to communicate with, and the exact directions were very precise. The place was quiet and private. Overall, a nice experience.

The location of property is absolutely amazing. Easily accessible to supermarkets, restaurants, clothing stores, etc. The apartment I stayed in was fully furnished with all amenities including all kitchenware, towels and toiletries. The space is cooled very well with the bedroom and living space each having its own AC unit. The caretaker greeted kindly and guided me to the room, which had it's Air Conditioning turned on before I even entered. Didn't have to walk in to a warm damp room! He even took care of my laundry. Overall my experience staying here was amazing. The hosts son who manages the property is very welcoming and communicated well throughout my stay. Definitely a hidden gem in Colombo.
