Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Noyers

It was a non-standard house and that was a nice change: tastefully decorated and cozy. The garden had several seating areas (with sun and/or shade: depending on what you wanted) and also inside it was good to stay. Nice sofa, complete kitchen, nice shower & bathroom (2 even, but yes: you don't need it with 2 people). Lots of detail for the decor (color use) and details; cozy! The presence of a lot of leaflets with sights is also valuable! Very clever and nicely fixed!

We had a great time with friends in Evelyne's house which is very pleasant to live in. The area is really beautiful! We had great contacts with Evelyne whom we sincerely thank for everything!

What a lovely place, out in the countryside! It's all surrounded by lovely farmland, and we saw deer several times during our stay. The hosts were so kind, friendly, and generous! The kitchen had all the tools we needed, and there was plenty of space for our family. We loved our stay here, and strongly recommend it!

The location is perfect for taking a walk with the dog right from the front door. Even though the weather was not perfect, we were still able to use the heated pool 2x. The fireplace provided cozy warmth in the evening. Thanks for the hospitality and extra firewood.

A nice meeting with Monique and a very nice stay in her old house. Comfortable, well-equipped, spacious and very quiet, with great views of the garden and the surrounding countryside. Monique was there to welcome us and show us around the house. Everything went smoothly. This is a beautiful place with a soul, where we would love to come back and spend a few quiet days another time.

We enjoyed Nicolas's place. The place is located close to Auxerre which is convenient. For animals, there is a nice little place to walk your dog. Clean accommodations with lots of equipment and consumables. We had the pleasure of staying at Nicolas's place

The apartment is located in a peaceful area, the owner is responsive and the schedules were flexible which allowed us to spend New Year's Eve calmly. It was good overall. the only downside was the cold that was felt despite the radiators being on at maximum… The experience can be more pleasant during the beautiful days with a walk in nature nearby, a real little plus! This is a fabulous apartment very close to the old town, with many stores and restaurants. We loved having the terrace, even though it wax too cold to sit out there. The kitchen was well equipped. The instructions to find and enter the apartment are very easy if you follow them (which I didn’t at first, therefore a reminder!). We appreciated that it was on the ground floor. I would definitely stay here again if i return to Auxerre..

Perfect, very nice welcome for the key exchange, clear practical instructions. The studio is located on a quiet street, very nicely furnished balcony with views of the Yonne, close to shops. The accommodation was absolutely perfect, clean, well-equipped, comfortable, cozy and cozy. The parking space in the residence was very useful. We enjoyed it very much and we highly recommend it. Claudine's apartment is very nice and bright, in a quiet environment and close to downtown Auxerre. She welcomed us personally, which is different from lockboxes and rental agencies with ghost owners and contacts. We were able to get into the apartment earlier than expected without any problems.
