The 18th Century, traditional stone, Morvandelle house with its sunbathed terrace facing its own lake and sitting in a prairie within the 7 hectares of park and forest on the domaine of the old Auberge des Brizards. Charming stone house, nestled in a small quiet village where you will find a children's playground and 2 petanque courts, and located at the crossroads of Vézelay, Avallon, and Noyers-sur-Serein. Sightseeing walks, in the forest, or by the water, here, everything is possible! Passionate about plants and gardening, I could show you my small vegetable garden "Les Jardins de Valou" located 2 minutes away if you wish. We'll be happy to host you!

At the gates of Morvan

Relax in this small house attached to our main house which has just been completely renovated internally. Its warm side will allow you to have a good time, it has the particularity of having a bedroom as well as a mezzanine under a slope so the ceilings are low on the upper floor and the small access door to the bedroom will require that you can bend down to access it… We provide bed linen and towels.

The accommodation is composed of a living room and a "parental bedroom" with shower in the bedroom. The property also has a veranda converted into a summer living room. The apartment is fully air-conditioned and has a secure outdoor parking space with an electric gate.
