Charmante maison en pierres, nichée dans un petit village calme dans lequel vous trouverez une aire de jeux pour enfants et 2 terrains de pétanques, et situé au carrefour de Vézelay, Avallon, et noyers sur serein. Ballades touristiques, en forêt, ou au bord de l’eau, ici, tout est possible! Passionnée par les plantes et le jardinage, je pourrais vous faire visiter mon petit potager « les jardins de Valou » situé à 2 minutes si vous le souhaitez. Welcome to la Victoire de Noyers, the land of noyers, a vacation house located in the middle of walnut tree groves in a calm, medieval village that has been classified as one of France's most beautiful cities. Moderately recent, the house has a walled-in yard built with Burgundian stone and gives you 400 square meters of cozy privacy. The house itself offers 179 square meters of living space and can take from 1 to 10 people plus a baby. It gives you a splendid view of the Gothic church

Weeping Willow Bed and Breakfast

A typical country house, surrounded by greenery and tranquility. The house consists of a separate entrance to the living room with a fireplace, a corner double sofa bed, and a flat-screen TV. The cozy bedroom with a 160 double bed, dresser and wardrobe. The bathroom consists of a shower, toilet, and sink. The kitchen is equipped with all the comforts, including a dishwasher, ventilated electric oven, microwave, refrigerator, stove, and coffee machine.

At the gates of Morvan

Relax in this small house attached to our main house which has just been completely renovated internally. Its warm side will allow you to have a good time, it has the particularity of having a bedroom as well as a mezzanine under a slope so the ceilings are low on the upper floor and the small access door to the bedroom will require that you can bend down to access it… We provide bed linen and towels.

Permet de découvrir la région en profitant des activités de la campagne (vtt, moto que nous pratiquons), randonnées etc. 2h de Paris, 2h30 de Lyon, 1h30 de Dijon et à 45minutes de la gare TGV de Montbard. Tout commerce à moins de 6 km.

Cette maison a été entièrement refaite en pierre de taille. Elle se trouve à Civry sur Serein(classé dans les plus beaux villages de bourgogne). La cuisine est équipée d'une magnifique cuisinière de "chef". II y a plein de sites exceptionnels à proximité comme Vézelay, Chablis ou Noyers. Si vous aimez l'authentique, la gastronomie et la tranquillité cette maison est pour vous.
