The flat is located at a quiet place where is about 30 mts away by taxi without traffic jam. It’s perfect location for my biz trip this time, as it’s just 15 mts away from the Milano fair by taxi. Loredana and Roberto are very nice and responsive hosts. They have given me a clear instruction during check-in, and also provided me a long list about sightseeing, shopping and dinning. I have been enjoyed very much to stay at this clean and tidy flat which offers me a good home feeling.

Olmar was an excellent host. Very accommodating and gracious. His apartment was very peaceful. Some positives I want to share, you don't normally see in reviews. Great hot water. Shower pressure and water pressure was excellent. Windows provides a nice breeze. Ceiling fan was perfect in case you want a breeze with the windows closed. No bugs. Great coffee shop and small grocery store 1 block away and a fresh pasta shop all next to each other. Small town feel, but minutes from the hustle and bustle of Milan. Great parking. Would book again.

Everything was perfect, the best place to stay. Although it's a bit far from downtown Milan, it's a great option to take a break from the noise and hustle and bustle of the city. We loved that. Easy to get to by public transport to the center and train stations. Very good coffee that they sell downstairs and excellent service. The room was spotless and had lots of amenities. We would definitely stay with Matteo again.

A house surrounded by greenery, quiet, warm and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. it doesn't even feel like you're in Milan. very close to the IEO, in my case an excellent solution for convalescence. Luca always responded quickly to every message I sent. When I return to Milan for the checks, I really hope to find the apartment available.
