Slawa is a great host, easy to comunicate with and responds very fast. The apartman was clean and had everything you need for a comfy stay. The view from the balcony is spectacular. The apartmant is perfect for someone who wants lots of privacy and a break from the crowds.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this holiday apartment and it was an incredible experience from start to finish. The apartment is perfectly located, making it easy to explore all the nearby attractions, beaches, and restaurants. The apartment itself is spacious and beautifully maintained. The layout is open and airy, providing plenty of room to move around and make yourself at home. The apartment is also well-equipped with everything you might need during your stay, from kitchen appliances to entertainment options. Ana is a great host with a friendly and helpful attitude!

The location of the house is very nicely located, quiet, the sea and swimming facilities are direct. The rooms are very nicely decorated and each room has its own bathroom with toilet, four rooms have sea views. Large property with loungers please have the opportunity to relax or sunbathe, there are also trees that offer enough shade. The house is worth every penny. Recommendation for everyone . The hostess is friendly, nice and helpful. The house is only for guests as the host lives elsewhere, parking is available directly on the property. Shopping is possible there and not far away in another place, everything is easily accessible by car such as a doctor, veterinarian, pharmacy, food and restaurants. Perfect location, right on the promenade, a few minutes walk to the “action”, bars and restaurants. Great beaches in the immediate vicinity (12-15 minutes by car to Zrce Beach and Jadra bay). Walking distance to the Babe Beach, with water jumping castle for Children or just the small narrow beach section right outside the front door. The beach in front of the house was relatively crowded, but we also liked to use it if we only wanted to stay in the apartment on the balcony due to the great view - a great cooling right outside the door. Quiet house as it was inhabited only by owners (not a noisy house with party neighbors). All in all, we liked to use the apartment so much because of the location and the beautiful view, so that we also spontaneously enjoyed the sunset from home in the evening instead of walking into town. The apartment was well equipped and clean. We will be happy to come back!

We stayed there for the autumn holidays. Since the season was already over, it was very quiet and peaceful. A lot had already been closed. But Kata had warned us that we would be a week late, so to speak. Nevertheless, it was very nice there. We cooked ourselves, which was no problem in the well-equipped kitchen. For the 5 of us, two adults with three children (9,9,12), the space was good although we spent quite a lot of time in it and often had to eat indoors because of the not always good weather. The beach is also very nice in autumn and perfect with kids. We were also able to bathe well when the sun showed up. We would definitely come back.

We had a wonderful stay! The accommodation offered a stunning view of the sea, and the nearby beach was absolutely beautiful, surrounded by nature. Our host was incredibly kind and responsive to all our asks, and the surprise refreshment was a lovely touch. Highly recommend!

Best sea house we ever visited. If you like quiet and peaceful place, this is the best you can find. There is nice terrace hidden in shadow of trees. We were there in early june and everything was very green. We were there with children and they loved it. House is nice and clean, hosts are very nice and helpful.

it was a wonderful week, the apartment is spacious and really perfect, equipped with everything you need to ensure a perfect stay. There are certainly not many restaurants nearby, and to visit or shop the car is essential, but we were looking for just that. The view from the terrace is unparalleled, one of those that are remembered forever with a sigh of pain!

The stay at this place was amazing! Everything was clean, nicely decorated and equipped with everything you might need. The hosts are friendly, welcoming and always available to help. The location is great and the neighborhood is quiet and cozy. All recommendations, we'll be back!

We felt very comfortable at Zita's place. The apartment is one of several in the house with separate entrance and its own covered terrace. The apartment is equipped with the most important things. The highlight is definitely the view from the pool and the private access to the sea (a private platform on the cliffs). Listing is the same as on the pictures. Zita was very hospitable and always available on site. She even provided us with aftersun when we and in the sun had banished. The location is very quiet and from the shot, but you can shop and eat well in Karlobag (10 minutes by car). We'd love to come back!

Very good place with a nice pool also iluminated at evening. Comfortable apartment. We were there before season and it was very quiet in Cesarica. Great that they also accept guests with dogs.

It was a very enjoyable and simple stay

Petar is a great host and everything was exactly as described. The house is spacious, very comfortable, clean, there’s everything you need and the garden is just amazing - it’s very private and peaceful. Plus it’s so close either to the shop or to the town center and beaches. Hope to come back again some day.

Modern and clean apartment, close to the beach. Nice sea view from the balcony. Having a pool was an excellent opportunity to switch between beach and pool from time to time. The host was very kind and responsive.

Very nice apartment and in a great location

The house is beautiful and in a perfect location. Step right outside on to the beach, tons of bars and restaurants right within walking distance. Also a short 20 minute walk to Zrce beach. Only negative was finding the place. There was no exact address in the listing and the directions given are inaccurate. Look for a restaurant Konoba Mig and walk directly down in front of the restaurant to find the place.

Very nice hosts. Nice apartment means functional,clean,spacious as described and photographed. The deck is a fairytale, especially in the evenings the sunset views and the boardwalk. The proximity of the restaurant is another plus. Only to the beach you have to take a minute walk. Slavica is so nice that they also provide a transfer from the parking lot to the apartment upon arrival and departure. For me and my wife, staying in Novalja in early September is a nice time. Comucative, welcoming host. The apartment was clean, the amenities matched the description and photos. Vesna allowed us to check in earlier than stated on the itinerary after communication. She personally greeted us, guided us through the accommodation. She surprised us with snacks in the fridge and fresh scones. Very caring and helpful throughout the stay. An apartment in a location for people who are looking for a quiet vacation. Pebble beaches with beautiful clear water about 10-15 minutes on foot. Again, the day before we left, she surprised us with freshly baked fruit cake. She was aware of the check out time and due to the early morning check out she said goodbye to us and accompanied us safe travels and return home. Satisfied with location, weather and beaches.

Beautiful, clean, tasteful, and well-equipped beachfront accommodation. Quiet location. Private beach, but designed for multiple apartments. It was pretty crowded for our dates. At times, we had trouble finding between all the private sun loungers, which no one was on for most of the day anyway, a place to lie down. The apartment was really nice and very well equipped!

Fantastic hosts, wonderful surroundings. If you don't want to be in the sun all the time, it is possible to enjoy the view of the sea under the olive trees, but there are also umbrellas on the beach. The view and sunset from the terrace are fantastic. For 4 adults, the upper floor terrace, bath and kitchen are a little small, but the view, the environment, and the hospitality of the hosts quickly forgot all this.

Perfect home in Mandre. The view from the apartment is sensational. Direct sea view. Everything is very clean, modernly furnished and a perfect place to unwind. Communication with the landlords is super easy. We will be back. Great recommendation!

The apartment was super equipped, everything necessary was available and we felt right at home. The sea was practically at the doorstep and the small concrete beach had a charm.
