One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

Florentine's lovingly renovated apartment (80 sqm) with 3 bedrooms (2 double beds, 1 bunk bed) 1 bathroom, living room, kitchen above Seis. Enjoy the wonderful views of the Santner, Schlern and the village of Siusi allo Sciliar! On the spacious terrace you can soak up the sun, eat and relax at the end of the day. The apartment is located on the edge of the forest and is the perfect starting point for hikes. Within walking distance you can reach the bus stop to the Alpe di Siusi cable car.

Cesa del Panigas - THE NEST

An attic, inside a seventeenth-century barn, overlooking the mountains and renovated in 2023 with antique woods and local stones. The apartment consists of a dining area with equipped kitchen, as well as a large living room with fireplace and large sofa bed, a comfortable bathroom with shower and a "refuge" with two additional beds. Schnell erreichbar zu Fuß oder mit dem Fahrrad ist Brixen, alte Gassen und Lauben laden zum gemütlichen Bummeln ein. Erkunden sie die nahegelegenen Wander-und die Skigebiete der Dolomiten.

Our apartment is centrally located, but surrounded by nature, in a former farmhouse, the Glunhof: in spring, summer and autumn an ideal starting point for hiking and cycling tours, for example, to the nearby Dolomites, in winter a perfect location for winter sports enthusiasts; the famous Val Gardena, for example, is in the immediate vicinity. The artists' town of Klausen with shopping and gastronomy is a 5-minute walk via the bike path.

App Plose Winklerhof

The 45m2 holiday apartment “Plose Winklerhof” is located 10-minutes from the village of Villanders (Villandro) in the Eisack Valley in South Tyrol and boasts a stunning view of the mountains. The cosy holiday apartment consists of a living/dining room with a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 3 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, Satellite TV, a baby cot and a high chair.

Vacation home Gann - Greit

The Gann-Greit vacation home is located at 1300 meters above sea level in Villanders in a quiet, idyllic location away from road noise and hustle and bustle. The house was only completed in the spring of 2024 and is entirely available to our guests. The living area is divided into 2 levels and can accommodate up to 4 people. The house overlooking the Dolomites opposite is the ideal starting point for longer and shorter hikes.
