We loved our vacation at Constanza and Mauro's property. The house and pool are very well maintained and everything is pleasantly clean. We were able to sleep super well, because it is very quiet in the residential area; the air conditioning was also a blessing in the warm temperatures. We had great playground equipment on site, such as a pool volleyball game and a table tennis table, which was a lot of fun. Near the house there are beautiful sandy beaches, and we enjoyed the nights in Cagliari as a family very much and had wonderful food, e.g. in the Aquarium - a great pizzeria, restaurant and bar under palm trees. We got great excursion tips from Constanza, so it was very varied and relaxing for us at the same time. Thank you so much for our great family vacation. We'd love to come back and recommend your place with all our heart.

Thank you Christian for the lovely stay! The house and grounds are wonderful for a peaceful and relaxing holiday. We felt at home. Having the beach within a 5-minute walk was a pure luxury. A supermarket, bakery, car rental and bus stop are also within walking distance. As a result, we were very flexible if we wanted to go into town, etc. Overall a top experience! We are super satisfied 😄

Corado is a good host. He was always available and immediately assisted if the issues had occurred. There was a power outage with us. The issue was fixed in just 1 hour A professional was also needed. Corado organized everything very quickly with full commitment. The apartment has everything you need. There are not many shopping facilities on site. However, you can reach the next big town of Pula in just a few minutes by car. The nearest beach at Chia is 5 minutes away. We stayed satisfied with the whole place.

A wonderfully relaxing stay! I was warmly welcomed by Giuseppe's family and immediately felt welcome. The house is clean and well-maintained, quietly located, the kitchen is well equipped, and the view from the terrace is even better than in the photos. Sitting here with a glass of wine and watching the full moon rise over the sea: I won't forget that so soon, wonderful! Thank you!

We searched for accommodation close to the sea, approached by taxi from the airport. It's very well equipped, spacious, clean, and we've had six of us. Nearby Coop shop, 12 minutes to the bus stop. We took the yellow bus PF to Cagliari, it's about 50 minutes. Martina's father welcomed me and explained everything. There were mineral waters in the fridge and orange and lemon on the table. What was a little lacking was the wifi for six of us.
