I want to start by saying Dorata and Luigi were easily contactable and attentive. We couldn’t have asked for better hosts! They made sure we had everything we needed and were always available. They were also very communicative on what events were occurring in the city and surrounding communities. We stayed in the beautiful home for 2 months. It’s rather spacious with a lovely backyard. We are two women in our early twenties and have not once felt uncomfortable or unsafe in the home/ surrounding area. The neighbors/ neighborhood is full of kind, wealthy people. The home is located by a 7 minute walk from the main street where you can also find the nearest bus stop. It leads up mountain which can be increasingly inclined but was manageable. The home is securely gated and is connected to a smaller apartment style home. There was one week where a family of 4 stayed in the adjoining apartment home but there wasn’t a moment where our privacy felt shared.

Wir haben uns bei Valentina und ihrer Familie sehr wohl gefühlt! Das private Studio bietet alles was man braucht und auch der Garten mit der Möglichkeit zu grillen haben wir gerne genutzt! Tipps für Strände oder Restaurants haben den Aufenthalt noch einmal verbessert!

Ich kann das Haus von Andrea nur empfehlen, ein nettes kleines Haus, mit allem, was man so braucht. Es ist maximal eine Minute zu Fuß vom Strand entfernt. Für mich persönlich war der Kontakt und Austausch mit Andrea ein Highlight. Er war super und gefühlt ständig zu erreichen, hat uns super viele Tipps gegeben und sogar zu einem Freund miteingeladen. Gefühlt ab Minute eins war es ein freundschaftliches Verhältnis! Auch als wir einen Medizinischen Notfall hatten, hat er in den Krankenhäusern angerufen, sich erkundigt und uns super geholfen. Lieber Andrea, danke für die schöne Zeit und bis ganz ganz bald!

Wir haben uns sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt! Taty hat uns herzlich willkommen geheißen und uns das wunderschöne Haus gezeigt. Es ist wirklich perfekt ausgestattet - vor allem für einen Urlaub mit Baby/Kind. Alles ist sehr durchdacht und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. (Treppengitter, Lätzchen, Hochstuhl, Pürierstab, Spielsachen, etc.) Taty hat uns sogar einen Verstärker für das WLAN organisiert, damit wir es zum Arbeiten auch auf der Terrasse nutzen können. Wir können sowohl das Haus, als auch die Gastgeber zu 100% empfehlen und würden jederzeit wieder kommen. :)

Ich hatte einen großartigen Aufenthalt in Alessandros Wohnung! Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber, gemütlich und gut ausgestattet. Alessandro war super freundlich und hilfsbereit, was meinen Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht hat. Die Lage ist perfekt, um die Gegend zu erkunden, und die Kommunikation verlief reibungslos. Ich würde definitiv wiederkommen und kann diese Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen!

Wir waren 5 Tage in Simones Unterkunft und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war sehr idyllisch und ruhig. Es war genau das was wir uns gewünscht haben. Unterdessen gibt es neue Böden und eine zusätzliche Holzterrasse die auf den Fotos noch nicht zu sehen sind. Lasst euch überraschen. Leider hatten wir mit dem Wetter etwas Pech und es war z.T. recht kalt. Zum Glück konnte man mit den Klimageräten heizen ;) auch haben wir den Kamin genutz und es im Wohnzimmer Kuschlig warm zu haben. Trotz des Regens kann man dank der überdachten Terrasse draussen sitzen und die Ruhe geniessen. Ich fand es echt toll:) Simone war ein sehr netter und zuverlässiger Gastgeber. Er ist immer erreichbar und gab und viele Tipps. Leider hatte aber nicht jedes Restaurant offen. Trotzdem kann man in Pula gut Essen. Ich habe ihn gefagt wo man Flamignos gut sehen kann und wir hatten Glück mit seinem Tipp es war wunderbar. Su Gideu Beach, das müsst ihr sehen. wenn ihr Glück habt sind Flamignos dort. Danke für alles:)

Wir haben vom Check-In bis zum Check-Out jeden Moment genossen. Charmant eingerichtet, Lavazza Kaffemaschine, ausreichend Platz für bis zu 5 Personen, bequeme Betten und Kissen, gut ausgestattete Küche, 2 Badezimmer sowie eine Terrasse die es so wohl nur selten gibt - perfekt nach Westen ausgerichtet für Sonnenuntergänge der Extra-Klasse. Wer das nicht einmal in seinem Leben geniessen kann. hat etwas verpasst. Der Empfang durch Carlo war herzlich, selbst am sehr späten Abend (wir sind erst kurz vor Mitternacht eingetroffen). Die Gegend ist ein Traum, im Norden die touristisch noch nicht überloffene Costa Verde, im Süden beste Kite-Spots (Punta Trettu) und rundherum historische Sehenswürdigkeiten. Wir (1 x Vater + 3 x Kids) können diese Unterkunft bedingungslos weiterempfehlen und werden hoffentlich wieder mal hier Gast sein dürfen.

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour en famille dans cette très jolie maison au calme ! Tout était parfait ! La vue sur la baie est époustouflante et tellement apaisante ! Tous les soirs nous avons eu droit à un magnifique couché de soleil. La maison ne manque vraiment de rien, le frigo et les placards sont très bien garnis…on se croirait vraiment comme à la maison. Nous aurions aimé pouvoir rester encore quelques jours 😊 De plus Morgana est tellement adorable !! Elle a été très arrangeante, toujours très disponible et de très bons conseils pour que nous puissions passer un bon séjour. Super communication ! Je recommande vivement!!! Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir🥰

We just spent three weeks at Marizo’s place, and it was fantastic. From the moment we reached out to book, he was super responsive and helpful. Since this was a workation, we needed two workspaces, and that was no issue at all—there was a desk in the bedroom and a dining table in the lounge. The one-bedroom flat was perfect; it had everything we needed, including a washing machine and dryer, plus some nice extras like beach mats and an air fryer. They even had a bunch of condiments that made cooking easier. The online streaming was great too, so we could keep up with our shows while we were away. The whole apartment was well-designed, with plenty of hanging and storage space in the bedroom. They even had a smart shoe rack and drawer organizers. The blackout blinds were a lifesaver since it gets really bright this time of year. Parking is free right outside, and there are two butchers, a supermarket, and several local bars and restaurants within walking distance. My husband and I like

What a gorgeous place to stay! We chose the location because it looked peaceful, away from the busy city, and near to the water. It was exactly what we wanted - waking up to the sound of the sea, and stunning sunsets on the balcony. It felt very private with lots of places to sit depending on your mood - sun loungers, shaded balconies, outdoor table, or a comfy sofa inside. Everything you need is just a short drive away, and we parked in the large train station car park when we visited Cagliari - 15 Euros all day, pay at the machine. There are loads of lovely sandy beaches heading East along the coast, from 10 to 40 mins away, with free parking. The house was spacious, spotlessly clean and smelled wonderful! The beds were super comfortable and the rooms were dark with the shutters closed. The hot tub was really nice, comfy, everything worked, and we loved watching the sunset from there. Taty & Luca were outstanding hosts, thank you so much for everything!

Wir hatten eine großartige, entspannte Zeit in Cinzia‘s wundervoll hergerichteter Unterkunft. Sowohl die Bilder als auch die Beschreibung lassen einige großartige Details aus bzw. werden der Unterkunft nicht gerecht. Die Unterkunft ist geräumig, mit Liebe eingerichtet (eine schöne Mischung aus alt und modern), ist technisch auf dem neuesten Stand (sehr performantes WLAN, aktuelle TVs, die problemlos zum Streamen angesteuert werden können, Bluetooth-Boxen, moderne Klimaanlage, alle nötigen Küchengeräte und -Maschinen). An allen Fenstern befinden sich sowohl Fliegengitter als auch sehr dicht einstellbare Fensterläden. Highlight ist die oft erwähnte und gezeigte Dachterrasse, von der aus man stundenlang auf das Meer und die Nachbarinsel schauen kann. Die Unterkunft befindet sich mitten im Ort und könnte auch dauerhaft bewohnt sein - wir würden einziehen. Der Kontakt mit Cinzia war zu jeder Zeit aktiv möglich und sie war uns eine sehr herzliche Gastgeberin, wir kommen gerne wieder.

Siamo stati nell'appartamento di Sheila per 4 notti: siamo arrivati in ritardo con l'aereo e Sheila ci ha accolti benissimo nonostante la tarda ora. L'appartamento rispecchia la descrizione e le foto, molto ben pulito e ordinato. Il parcheggio è facile da trovare, abbiamo sempre parcheggiato nella via di casa o in una parallela a un minuto a piedi. Intorno alla casa ci sono vari alimentari, supermercati e tutto ciò che può essere necessario è facilmente raggiungibile a piedi. Sheila ci ha fornito anche un lettino e un seggiolone per il bimbo e anche un gioco per intrattenerlo. Che dire? Sicuramente torneremo a trovarti Sheila!

Paolo war ein großartiger Gastgeber. Er hat uns super herzlich empfangen. Die Wohnung war wie beschrieben und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Von der Terrasse hatte man einen wundervollen Blick aufs Meer.

We felt right at home staying at Marta’s place in Cagliari. The location was perfect, less than 5 minutes to the main strip and square with so many bars and restaurants to choose from. The terrace is the highlight. Nowhere else will you get a city, sea, harbour, Mountain View. Great to eat dinner in the outside dining area with the sun setting over the mountain too. Marta has lots of books and trinkets around the apartment from her time in Japan, there’s a certain charm to it that just makes you feel at home. Whilst it’s an old building, it didn’t bother us at all. We worked remotely for 2 weeks from Marta’s place and wish we had longer! All the cleaning products are there, extra towels, lots of kitchenware to make dinner etc. The bed was comfy, the office was perfect and the location was so convenient. We hope to visit again one day!

Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und haben uns direkt wohl gefühlt. Was wir besonders süß fanden, war, dass wir mit einer Flasche Wein, Kuchen, Kaffeepulver, Milch und super leckeren Keksen verwöhnt worden sind. Auch im Bad standen lauter kleine "Amenities" wie Duschgel, Badeschlappen, Shampoo... Für den Dtrand stand auch eine gepackte Tasche mit Badetücher bereit, das hat uns wirklich sehr positiv überrascht und gefreut. Das Appartement ist innen so liebevoll und einzigartig eingerichtet wie noch kein anderes davor! Wirklich geschmackvoll und sehr eigen, uns beiden hat es absolut gefallen. Man hat sich gefühlt, als ob man einen sehr intimen Einblick in ein privates Eigenheim bekommt. Es gibt hier so viel zu entdecken und bestaunen, und die herzlichen Gastgeber tun ihr Übriges, dass wir dieses Airbnb in bester Erinnerung behalten. Wir hatten das Glück, die Girotonna in Carloforte von hier aus besuchen zu können und außerdem fand ein Handwerkermarkt in Calasetta statt.

Gute Lage der Unterkunft sehr zentral am oberen Teil der Stadt. Fußläufig kann man alles erreichen. Unterkunft ist in einer kleinen Gasse, daher gibt es nur im Wohnzimmer und Schlafzimmer Fenster, erwartet also keine schöne Aussicht. Für einen kurzen Trip um die Stadt zu erkunden ist die Unterkunft zu empfehlen. Längere Aufenthalte würde ich auf Grund der Lage und Fehlenden Fenster im Bad nicht empfehlen.

What an amazing stay! Aldo's home was perfect. Secluded and private, nestled in a pristine nature and breath taking views. The house was large, perfect for large families and also well stocked with a great kitchen and many bedrooms/bathrooms. The kids loved the pool and the natural charm and ambience of the area and the home were evident from the moment we arrived. Aldo and Francesco were so friendly and hospitable and went out of their way to make us feel at home. One of the best BnB stays we've ever had. Thank you!

The photos don't do this villa justice. The property is incredible! Our family of 5 had the BEST week at Simona and Renato's villa. The beach is a quick walk away, groceries are a short drive, lots of restaurants within 20 minutes and Cagliari is more charming than we could have expected. We all **really** hope to visit again and stay at Simona's villa!

La maison est confortable et dispose de tout pour faire à manger et passer 10 jours en famille comme nous l'avons fait avec mes beaux-parents et mon bébé de deux mois. Maria Elena est super réactive et serviable, toutes ses instructions d'arrivée et de départ étaient claires et si nous avions des questions elle répondait super rapidement. La magnifique vue est identique à la photo. Nous recommandons vivement ce logement! Attention toutefois une voiture est nécessaire et il n'y a pas grand chose à part un market de dépanne à proximité et un petit restaurant. en contrepartie on bénéficie du silence et de la nature, dont le jardin de la maison qui est très agréable. Il y a également des parasols et linge de plage à disposition dans la maison.

Wow, just wow. Every detail covered with nothing but comfort and relaxation in mind for guests. Absolutely everything we needed for our baby and toddler. Very clear instructions on operating all amenities. Walkable to beach was great. The Spa experience was simply out of this world. And the host was so sweet and thoughtful. Travelling 2+ months in Italy and this was our fav spot. Highly recommend.

Lage top und Aussicht fantastisch! Das Innere ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, vor allem die Küche. Der Vermieter ist supernett, vielen Dank für das Nachsenden des Ladegerätes. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

We had a lovely stay at this house. The place is as described and as commented upon by previous reviews. It is amazing to stay in a house by the beach. The garden is gorgeous with well maintained numerous flowering plants. Helpful hints- if you walk 5-10 mins to the right when you come out of the garden (aim for the garden gate with fish design!), the sea water is sandy and shallow with barely any pebbles or seaweed. Spiaggia di Punta Molentis is the best beach for kids and adults; beautiful, shallow water, unique with water on either side, and protected from wind. We would recommend hiring a car but there is a bus stop 5 mins from the house. Luisa was responsive to our queries. We struggled dealing with bins there, so I’d recommend just contacting her and getting her to deal with it any problems. Hot water in shower is on all the time but given the tank size, we’d recommend a timing strategy if there are multiple guests. Overall, felt totally refreshed after our say, thank you.

We booked this house based on a personal recommendation from a friend who had stayed here last summer. This house is stunning! We had been traveling for two weeks already and needed a place to rest and relax and this house checked all of those boxes. The pool is the centerpiece, but there are plenty of seating areas and places to relax. The kitchen is well stocked and functional (there is even a Jura coffee maker...THANK YOU), great laundry facilities, and a nice working grill. Maria Elena was wonderful and met us at the house. You do need to drive to get any groceries or go to dinner. Make sure you book a boat one day!

We spent a week as a family with four kids at the house. It was spotless clean, very well maintained and equipped. It’s a very modern, newly furnished villa. The interior has been designed very beautifully with a lot of attention for detail. The kitchen has been equipped very thoughtfully and with everything that you need, from different wine glasses too barista corner with offered all different type of coffee options. It was also very nice and helpful, that when we arrived there was an initial food and beverage packets including a bottle of wine, prosecco and bear. The beach is very close and beautiful and perfect to relax and spend a day on the beach even with little kids. At the villa you have everything that you need for a day at the beach, sun chairs and sun umbrellas on a small carrier to take it easily to the beach and it even has two SUPs you can take. The owners were very responsive and helped us with recommendations. We can only recommend the villa.
