La Loggia offre une pièce de 9m² parfait pour les repas avec une superbe vue. Parking privé juste en face. Calme absolu et vue dégagée... Beautiful studio with direct access to the large beach, 3 minutes from the halls, the center, the ports and the famous Vendée Globe channel while being very quiet in a listed residence on the Remblais. High-end furnishings, fully equipped kitchen, separate toilet, very classy bathroom, small cozy bedroom with a 140 bed, a sofa convertible into a 90 bed in the living room for a child or a 3rd adult. Linens and towels included. Warning, 3 floors without an elevator "to keep you in shape"...

Atlantic slide 500 m away, bike paths, restaurants Riding on the beach at the equestrian center less than a mile away. the dunes and the forest to escape to the sun or shade. 5 minutes from Saint Jean de Mont ( L 'estacade, its beaches where sailing is practiced,its markets,its casino, its golf course, etc.). 15 minutes from Saint Gilles Croix de Vie,its pretty port and shops. A vacation of dreams.

Fully equipped kitchen, new sofa bed 09/2023, 140 bed, comfort mattress, sea view and a folding bed for a child. Wi-Fi, large flat screen TV, fan... Possibility to park your bikes in a private courtyard in the building. All shops and many restaurants are within walking distance.

This peaceful, ideally located place to stay offers a relaxing stay for the whole family in a pleasant setting 200 m from the beach. Once your vehicle is parked in a private parking space, enjoy all the nearby activities: bike paths, beach, water activities, boardwalk, pedestrian street, thalasso, golf, forest walks, tree climbing. Shops and restaurants are a 5-minute walk from the house. For July and August, I prefer weekly rentals.
