Upstairs a large bedroom with a queen bed and a sea view balcony, a bedroom with 3 beds, a bathroom with wc, an umbrella bed, a high chair. Linen is not provided in the duplex.

The house is located in La Clère (Noirmoutier), 300 m from the beach. Built in 2017, it is part of a family property on a large, very sunny and quiet landscaped plot.
