The place was clean and well appointed, very comfortable. Because bottom level of house lots of noise for an hour or so end of each day but it didn't last long. response to text questions immediate. I felt safe and had everything i needed in order to do paperwork at the place. Location had perfect access to freeway and businesses I needed to see. Recommend for anyone.

Ted and Bethany we're kind and thoughtful hosts, and their space was great for our family. We loved the little extras like reading lights, sound machines and even the partition door to ensure added comfort and privacy. The listing was accurate, and although there are not many walkable attractions you do get the benefit of being in a safe and quiet neighborhood.

I highly recommend Barbara. She is an amazing host who went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. On our first day, she kindly drove us to get essentials, a thoughtful gesture. On the day we left, she once again went out of her way to take us to our next accommodation. Her kindness and attention to detail were exceptional. The house was exactly as described: clean, cozy, and in a quiet, safe neighborhood. Everything we needed was within walking distance, including bus stops, restaurants, and QFC. Communication with Barbara was seamless — always responsive, respectful, and available when needed. Barbara’s home is more than just a place to stay; it’s an experience of warmth and hospitality. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a peaceful, welcoming stay.
