Nerissa's guesthouse was our home-away-from-home for 3 months and it was more than what we'd hoped for. It's actually larger than the photos show, mostly because it's a terrific use of space. Everything feels new. Best of all, you never feel like you're staying on someone else's property because the guesthouse is an entirely separate structure, fenced off from the main property, with it's own gate and address. And there is a dedicated, off-street parking space. We felt like homeowners! A nice surprise not mentioned in the listing is the queen-size bed is on an adjustable frame, perfect if you like reading in bed. As for the neighborhood, it's upscale, safe and perfect for walks. Nerissa is a wonderful host. We had only one small issue during our stay and she handled it immediately. I have no doubt we'll be staying at Nerissa's guesthouse again.

This place is amazing, in a friendly gated community right next door to shopping centre, restaurants and gyms. I wish I could’ve extended for an extra 2 months but it was booked up no surprise The property is new build, amazing decor and spotlessly clean compared to all the airbnbs I ever stayed at. I would definitely stay again and highly recommend.

friendly, responsive hosts. They were so hospitable and welcoming. Patking is a bit tight so they assign you a spot in the driveway, which was nice. it's a small spot, but you have free reigreign to move around.

I love this place. I felt like I was staying with family. It did not feel like a rental property at all. The family is very kind very helpful & very sweet. Very willing to communicate with you with actual conversation, not as a tenant. I mostly saw Jaime. Cinthya introduced herself. Her communication was consistent. I was extremely comfortable check in-check out. They were very helpful & respectful of privacy. I really recommend this HOME for you. You have your privacy, but you can see into one of the main houses rooms from the front door area, however, there is a curtain to cover their windows allowing them privacy. There’re delicious & abundant orange trees all over the property. The street & neighbors are quiet. The parking is easy the recreation center is brand new & beautiful. If you’re a bit larger, may it be length or width the shower may be a little bit harder for you to move freely in, but other than that everything was 100%. I would definitely stay here again no hesitation.
