Vacation rentals with lake access in Northern Cyprus

Had a wonderful stay with family, the villa was everything we wanted and more. The outside area was fantastic with a large pool, plenty of seating with a bbq area. The inside of the property was clean and spacious and had everything we required. The villa is situated in a quiet location which was perfect for us, there is a lovely bakery a short walk away and a beautiful little beach just a ten min walk away. There are some lovely restaurants within walking distance and the bus stop is right outside the villa with bus running every ten minutes, you can travel in to Pernera, Protaras, cape Greco and Ayia Napa. There is no doubt that we will be returning to this villa.

it was very easy and in a perfect place in terms of location. I can say that it is very good except for two small pruz. It also responds to the messages in a short time.

Our stay was really good, my girlfriend and I had a very nice time together, Mr. Berke and Ms. Merve were very helpful, and Ms. Merve took us from the airport. Since we did not have a car, I might just say that it is too far from the center, if you have a car, it may not be a problem, but if you do not have a car, I say do not prefer it. We had a hard time because we didn't have a vehicle, but in general, it was a very nice house when it was looked at, we went in the winter, but I'm sure it would be much nicer in the summer.

We really liked the house. The proximity to the sea, the great view from every location, the generously arranged layout of the rooms. Everything perfectly equipped such as WM and GS, lots of utensils, loungers, umbrellas, etc. Everything is in abundance. Fantastic kitchen, delicious fruit trees. We (5 adults, 1 child, 1 baby) were very well stocked. If you have any questions, feedback is always there right away. We only had a hard time driving away!

If we reached him at night in the evening, he did not break us and did not translate the location, the location is great, close to everywhere, fusun hnm is really modest. The house was spacious and the cleanliness was the first for bnm, insallah, we will disturb you again when we come back:)

I recently stayed at this apartment and had a great experience. The place was clean, modern, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect — close to shops, restaurants. We had a beautiful view on the lake and sea. The host- Annabelle was very friendly and responsive, always ready to help with anything I needed. I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone visiting the area and would be happy to stay here again!

Amazing place - very clean and well maintained, and everything smelled fresh and new. I’ve stayed in other units of this neighborhood before, and they usually don’t match the pictures, but this one exceeded my expectations. They need to take better pictures! I especially loved the sea view; had all my coffees on the balcony enjoying that beautiful scenery. Banafshe was also a great host. Definitely recommend, and will come back.

Very pleasant, immaculately clean, great location. Everything we might need has been thought out. The host was very helpful and thoughtful. She left surprise gifts at our door on women's day. If we come back, we'd love to stay in this house again. Thanks👍
