I recently had the pleasure of staying at Foaud's place, and I can honestly say it was one of the best Airbnb experiences I've ever had! From the moment I arrived, Foaud made me feel welcome and at home. The communication was seamless, with quick responses to any questions I had before and during my stay. The accommodation itself was equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect—close to local attractions and dining, yet tucked away enough to enjoy some peace and quiet. Foaud went above and beyond to ensure I had a great experience, offering local tips and even checking in to see how I was doing. His hospitality truly made a difference, and I felt like I had a personal guide to the area. I highly recommend staying at Foaud's place if you're in the area.

Third time stay at this apartment. Has all the things you need, restaurants shops etc within walking distance, lovely place to stay with the beautiful village 5 minutes' walk away. Its clean, quiet location. You will need a car; the beach is a 5/10-minute drive as is Larnaka town, very satisfied and will stay there again Thank you to the host Panayotis for everything, perfect!

Christos en zijn familie zijn zeer aardig. Een persoonlijk ontvangst met taart was zeer hartelijk en uitgebreid. Het verblijf ligt op een heuvel met inderdaad een steile weg er heen. Blijf in de eerste versnelling, zet bij een automaat deze in D1. Blijf gestaag gas geven dan komt alles goed en went de op en afrit. Het grondstuk ligt zeer privé zonder buren in de buurt. Het zwembad is heerlijk. Overal zijn schaduw plekken te vinden. Wij hadden de eerste dag reeds vriendschap gesloten met de poezen, deze zijn echt een verrijking tijdens het verblijf. In het Troodos gebergte zijn prachtige wandelroutes te vinden, een aanrader is de Artemis rondgang van 7 km. Ook een aanrader is het bezoek aan de hoofdstad op 45 minuten autorijden. Wij hebben genoten van het verblijf en het afscheid nemen viel ons moeilijk. Hartelijk dank Christos en familie voor het verblijf.

Excellent apartment. Excellent location. Excellent host. Very clean fully furnished apartment located in a quiet neighborhood. Walking distance to nice Oroklini beaches. Two bus stations are also within walking distance if you want to go to Marina / Larnaca. Andreas was waiting for us. He also helped us get the luggage into the apartment. He is honest, friendly and responsive. The apartment was professional prepared to meet our expectations. Andreas knows when and how to communicate. We felt at home and at ease. There is simply nothing to complain about concerning both the host and the apartment. I will look for booking this apartment for my next trip to Cyprus. Highly recommended if you want to enjoy your stay without apartment-related problems. Thank you Andreas for everything!

4 Bed Luxury Family Villa with Pool Near Sea

Had a wonderful stay with family, the villa was everything we wanted and more. The outside area was fantastic with a large pool, plenty of seating with a bbq area. The inside of the property was clean and spacious and had everything we required. The villa is situated in a quiet location which was perfect for us, there is a lovely bakery a short walk away and a beautiful little beach just a ten min walk away. There are some lovely restaurants within walking distance and the bus stop is right outside the villa with bus running every ten minutes, you can travel in to Pernera, Protaras, cape Greco and Ayia Napa. There is no doubt that we will be returning to this villa.

A private outdoor pool is surrounded by a spacious paved area, reflecting the clouds and mountains above. Lush green trees and shrubs border the property, creating a serene environment perfect for relaxation. The sky is partly cloudy, enhancing the natural beauty of the setting.

Konaklamamız gerçekten çok iyiydi kız arkadaşımla birlikte çok güzel vakit geçirdik Berke bey ve Merve hanım çok yardımcı oldular Merve hanım havaalanından bizi de aldı zaten aracımız olmadığı için sadece şunu söylemem gerekebilir merkeze çok uzak eğer aracınız varsa problem olmayabilir ama aracınız yoksa tercih etmeyin derim. Bizim aracımız olmadığı için çok zorlandık ama genel olarak bakıldığı zaman çok güzel bir evdi biz kışın gittik ama yazın eminim çok daha güzel olur.

Das Haus hat uns sehr gefallen. Die Nähe zum Meer, die tolle Sicht aus jeder Lage, die großzügig angelegte Aufteilung der Räume. Alles perfekt ausgestattet wie WM und GS, viele Utensilien, Liegen, Schirme. etc. Alles im Überfluss vorhanden. Traumhafte Küche, leckere Obstbäume. Wir haben uns (5 Erwachsene, 1 Kind, 1 Baby) sehr wohl gefüllt. Bei Fragen ist immer Feedback sofort dagewesen. Nur das Wegfahren ist uns schwergefallen!

sarwar מארח נהדר. היה זמין וקשוב. השאיר לנו הפתעות נחמדות בדירה. המרחק מלרנקה קצר . וזה היווה עבורנו מקום לינה לאחר נחיתה ובבוקר המשכנו לאיה נפה. הייתה לנו מעט בעיה בהגעה לדירה. אך sarwar היה זמין להסברים. הדירה מאובזרת היטב וזה היה נהדר . נשמח לחזור שנית.

I recently stayed at this apartment and had a great experience. The place was clean, modern, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect — close to shops, restaurants. We had a beautiful view on the lake and sea. The host- Annabelle was very friendly and responsive, always ready to help with anything I needed. I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone visiting the area and would be happy to stay here again!

Amazing place - very clean and well maintained, and everything smelled fresh and new. I’ve stayed in other units of this neighborhood before, and they usually don’t match the pictures, but this one exceeded my expectations. They need to take better pictures! I especially loved the sea view; had all my coffees on the balcony enjoying that beautiful scenery. Banafshe was also a great host. Definitely recommend, and will come back.
