Waterfront vacation rentals in Northern Cyprus

Our day of the place of the house was very bad for a holidaymaker who wants to visit everywhere. We spent time on the roads to get to and from the house all the time. Other than that, the view of the house itself was very nice. Mr. Mustafa responded quickly and resolutely to our questions. If the location fits you, you can't find a better one.

Anna is a good host who is interested and solution-oriented, the location was close to the nice grocery store. There were nice toys for the kids

amazing stay at nor cyprus, kyrenia. we had an event going on at hotel colony for 4 days, and dilara's airbnb was perfect location of just 3 mins walk to hotel colony. this airbnb can comfortably fit 3 people. safe area, very clean and very spacious apartment, equipped with kitchen, big fridge, hair dryer, nice bedding and nice sofa bed and all that you need! 3 minutes walk to kibhas bus stop to go to ercan airport and also to nearest minimart, 2 minutes walk to nearest food place, and 6 minutes walk to the beautiful harbour. most importantly, Dilara is a very kind host and allowed us to check in earlier and check out later. I highly recommend this airbnb! thankyou so much Dilara!

Irina contacted us before our stay, we were very comfortable at check-in and checkout and we always communicated about the time. The complex has all kinds of amenities, a great location in the compound, has a balcony with a direct view of the pool and very peaceful. We could not benefit from the beach and pool due to the weather, but if you are thinking about the summer program, do not hesitate, it has a great beach! The pool is large and has all kinds of facilities for children. If you are planning a holiday with the child, no different from the hotel, the restaurant on the site has very delicious food and the waiters are very kind. There is a fitness center and has all kinds of gadgets. There is a grocery store right at the exit of the site within walking distance. The apartment is extremely clean and has all kinds of items you will need. It is only a little far from the city center, you should definitely rent a car, if you want to go to other places, it is 15 minutes away from the Long Beach coast by car. Lastly, I highly recommend it, we will be coming back!

Hands down the best place we stayed in Northern Cyprus. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had all we needed for a nice stay. There are two markets in the area, an Italian restaurant, a nice pool, and a beach nearby. If you have a car, it is a good base to explore the Eastern part of North Cyprus and the Karpaz Peninsula. Massimo, the owner was helpful with a rental car recommendation before our visit. Olga, the property manager for Massimo's apartment welcomed us to the apartmenr and was always on hand to assist with anything we needed, including a transfer to the airport. It was great!!! Everything you need for a vacation. The pool is huge, with a great large sunbathing area. Unfortunately, it was too cold to swim in the pool ;) it's also winter :) Breakfast on the terrace in the sun - fantastic! The sea view from the bedroom - magnificent! Hopefully nothing will be built in front of it, so that other guests can also enjoy this view! What was really nice; one evening there was a thunderstorm. We pulled back the curtains in the bedroom and could watch the weather lights from bed. It was so intense, the lightning twitching over the sea. This view is simply priceless!!! Thanks for letting us be your guests!

A very nice and well equipped 3-bed house with a pool. Excellent location, quiet and with a nice view! Really enjoyed the outdoor barbecue-bar area. Would definitely recommend and would come back! Responsive host and easy communication eased our stay.

We had a very good time at Jasemin's Villa. The house is beautifully and quietly located, ideal for travelling anywhere in Northern Cyprus. It is equipped with everything you could wish for. We can only recommend it.

Ideal place for family vacation or a group of friends! The villa provides all the comfort you may need and especially the pool allows you to have a chill day at home. Looked exactly like the photos, everything worked properly and the hosts were really nice and helpful.

We've just spent 5 days in the lap of luxury; literally one of the nicest, most comfortable villas we've stayed in, in all the years of visiting Cyprus. The villa is amazing, beautifully renovated and furnished to a high quality standard. it was absolutely spotless throughout; the kitchen was well equipped; the welcome basket a really nice touch; food in the fridge and coffe/tea/sugar in the cupboards..we felt so well looked after. The villa, although modern, has a nice homely feel about it and the comfortable beds gave us the best nights' sleep. The pool was wonderful, albeit pretty cold (what do you expect in November..) and the outside area pretty and spacious. Svetlana's villa is a real gem and we really hope we can return one day in the future xx

The place is great value for money, don't expect anything too modern but it's nice to feel like you are a home away from home . We made a last minute booking and we received check in instructions quite quickly. They also made sure we were ok during the stay. It's worth staying if you want a peaceful stay in Larnaca. it's a 3 minute walk to the beach and a quick taxi ride to the main city

We stayed there for a week with our one-year-old daughter and loved it! The place is very nicely decorated and offers plenty of space. Just around the corner is a super nice beach. By public transport you can easily get to Girne in about 15 minutes. The contact with Bekir and his in-laws was very, very nice. It was really all perfect! Should we come to Girne again, we will definitely come back here and also recommend it to friends. Thank you Bekir and your family 🙏

Christos was great and made sure we had a great time

I am a regular visitor to this part of Cyprus so I know what I am looking for in a place to stay. Kadir’s place ticks all the boxes for me and doesn’t feel like an effort to get comfortable. The simple luxuries like a comfortable bed and a smart tv the size of a wall and a large sofa to relax on instead of having to sit on the bed or uncomfortable chairs. Kadir has definitely thought of comfort when planning your stay. I would definitely recommend Kadir’s place.

Peaceful and beautiful large apartment with an easy walk to the beach and opposite a quiet pool with nice loungers.

We have just returned home from a 17 night stay in Paris’ apartment in Protaras. The apartment is exactly as described and super clean. It had everything we needed to cook from home and the BBQ was definitely a bonus for us as we used it nearly every night. The apartment is located only 10-15mins walk from all the shops, restaurants and the beautiful beaches! It’s perfectly placed away from the noisy resort but close enough to be able to walk back and forth. Paris is an amazing host and nothing is too much trouble. Checking in and out was easy and we were accommodated, even with our very early flight time. We would happily stay here again and would recommend it

The apartment is beautifully located directly on the sea. With the pool, sun deck and nearby beach, you can spend relaxing and relaxing sunny days here. The kitchen is well equipped and the apartment nicely furnished. Ingolf is always easily accessible for questions. We enjoyed the days here.

Highly recommended. Since I had little consumption, I was not charged anything. 👍 Everything was perfect, always happy to come back!

Fantastic apartment that I would highly recommend

I would give this 10 stars if I could. Location is ideal,view of the mountains in the front, palm trees & beach in the back just a few steps away. Building is very secure, quiet & private. Spotlessly clean & bright. The 2 balconies r awesome. Flat is sooo gorgeous as well as spacious. The hosts r incredible- so welcoming, always just a text away yet non- intrusive, very responsive to needs & helpful recommendations. They have stocked everything a person or family could need during their stay & several thoughtful food & drink items to start u off. If u like to see sunrise over the bay, sunset over the mountains, hearing the waves as u go to sleep, and a bright, beautifully decorated space- u can’t go wrong with this awesome place! Definitely hope to stay there again on a return trip
