Vacation rentals with a kayak in Northern Cyprus

Great apartment very clean, just like the pictures. Friendly neighbours. Open air surtoundings with fields in the front so the atmosphere is fresh. The building is old, but the apartment inside is renovated. This is the best stay i ever had in Protaras, good value for money. Closest to me favourite beach, Malama. This is the place i will be choosing to stay when in protaras.

Our family really enjoyed the last couple of days in this place. It is a great place for the families/friends gateway. Definitely worth the visit and explore the peaceful nature👍 Good communication with the host (Tavor) before and after our stay. Really appreciate your help and support.

Great place and location. You cross the road to the beach. There is a nice bar there as well where you can grab a beer or have a morning swim. The checkin was very easy and the instructions very clear. The place was spotless and had everything needed from beach towels to face towels, kitchen amenities etc. Nice cute office to work in one of the rooms. The internet was very good as well. We even had a great surprise with a bottle of wine waiting for us when we arrived!! Air-conditioning in all rooms which was very helpful mid July. Anastasia was super helpful and responsive and quickly assisted with an internet issue that we had. 15 mins away from everything. Quiet neighbourhood and if like me, you’re an animal lover you’re in for a treat, you will see plenty of cats in the area. Loved the place and will definitely come back.

We had a wonderful relaxing time at Villa Catalaya. The house is more than fully equipped, especially if you travel with children. There are playing areas inside and outside and our daughter adopted the owners cats from the beginning. As we stayed there in winter time the area was very quiet. So for us it was the perfect base camp to explore the island north and south. But most of all, Snow made our holiday very special. She is extremely friendly and helpful. All the best for her and her family. And thanks again for your hospitality!

“Absolutely perfect for work & relax – 5 stars!” We stayed at this Airbnb as a team retreat and were blown away by the experience. From the beginning, we asked for specific work-related needs – desks, monitors, and a good setup – and everything was provided quickly and without any fuss. The communication was incredibly fast and helpful: any question or small issue was addressed almost instantly via the WA group. The house itself is beautiful, well-equipped, and super comfortable – ideal for both focused work and relaxed downtime. We truly couldn’t have asked for more. Highly recommended!

Firstly place was spotless! .. amazing villa, very homely with lovely personal touches. Everything you could possibly need and more! Pool area was so peaceful and private, and everyone was very respectful. Lovely outdoor space both back and front, outdoor grill area was a huge bonus! This is a great villa and location for families. Walking distance to a beautiful beach, close to local beach restaurant and shop. Host was very responsive, friendly and flexible, went above and beyond, most helpful when our flight time changed. We would not hesitate to rebook this villa and will highly recommend.
