Apartment vacation rentals in Northern Cyprus

We thank Mr. Özdemir and his family, they were all very friendly. The location of the house was great and everything in the house was extremely thoughtful. We are very pleased, if we go to Cyprus again, it is definitely the only address we will consider for accommodation.

The apartment was lovely and in a great location with an on-site bar/restaurant. The pool was fantastic and was quiet and relaxing. Can’t fault the hosts. Always responsive and provided clear instructions on arrival. You do need a car to get around but that’s the same anywhere you stay in the North. Would definitely stay again!

Super nice little apartment within walking distance to the bus terminal. Check-in was great and we could get into the apartment a few hours earlier :) You can walk to the main shopping street in 5 minutes and to the border in 10 minutes. Highly recommended to get to know the heart of Nicosia.

Everything was as described, we had no surprises. The house was very clean, everything we needed was available, we didn't feel the lack of anything. The environment was calm, there was no noise. Since we rented a car, it was important that there was no parking problem. Our host's thoughtful treats were very nice, they made us happy, thank you. We recommend it to everyone, you can choose it without hesitation.

Beautiful apartment in a relaxing complex

First of all, we had a great vacation. Mrs. Dürem was especially helpful in everything and was very interested. The house was as shown in the pictures. The whole place was very clean and tidy. Nice place in terms of location. I recommend it to everyone. You can stay with peace of mind. We felt like we were at home. When we come to Cyprus, I know where I'll be staying. The street address is clear and easy to find. The check-in process is simple and hassle-free. The apartment is very clean and has everything you need for an apartment. Communication with the host is very fast and solution-oriented. There were only a few harmless flies in the house the first night. I only gave this information about the check-in, I didn't have any requests. Although I sent this message in the morning, they hung a first aid kit and fly repellent on the door very early in the morning. The fly problem did not occur again. However, the host's behavior was very kind. I would like to thank Ms. Leyla and her esteemed mother for this wonderful experience.

Mr. Berkay welcomed us extremely warm and friendly)) He took extremely professional and positive care. The food we ate at the Alesta Restaurant, which was under our room, was extremely delicious. The place was very, very thin and artistic, well thought out, cozy concept. The lady, who was Mr. Berkay's sister, also took great care of us, and when we came back 😌 to Cyprus, it was an experience of accommodation and flavor that we would definitely revisit. We were very pleased with the place and the host. Everything was clean and beautiful, the apartment is equipped with everything you need. The view of the sea was a great experience every morning. The location is great, by car you need 5 min to the beach and on foot you can walk the whole street, on every corner there are great restaurants, cafes and much more. Onsel is a very accommodating and kind host. He was always available and very helpful. He also gave us great local tips. We felt totally comfortable and would definitely come back.

We stayed in Ivan's apartment for 1 month, the site was very nice, the gym, sauna, pool and basketball courts were always available for use and very clean. The views of the house are great, I usually take my coffee in the morning and enjoy it on the balcony or around the house and sunbathe. The neighbors, and most importantly, Alexander was very kind and helpful, and we contacted him about many things and he helped me, and I'm grateful for these. We found the house very peaceful, it inspired us to be there, especially those who came for vacation, you can definitely choose this apartment, there is a great beach within 5 minutes walking distance to the sea, the only problem for us was that Tatlısu was far from the center, it was difficult to get out of the site without a car, but it was still not a problem for us because we wanted to relax and have a good time and the apartment welcomed it, so we decided to extend our stay, thank you 🎉🥳 Ivan and Alexander very much, everything is great 🩷🙏🏻

Although we had to keep him waiting for 3 hours, he provided us with all kinds of support and welcomed us very well. The house was wonderful.

Meral is a great host, the house was clean and tidy. The house was in the center of Kyrenia and 20 minutes walk to Kyrenia Castle. Since we rented a car, we were able to reach everywhere easily. We received quick answers to all our questions. We thank Ms. Meral for being a solution-oriented and friendly host.

Our stay with Nermin was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we booked, communication was clear, friendly, and prompt. The house itself was even better than the pictures – sparkling clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed for a wonderful stay. We especially appreciated the comfortable bed, the well-stocked kitchen, the thoughtful welcome basket. The location was perfect for easy access to casino and beach, quiet neighborhood. Nermin was an exceptional host, offering great local recommendations and making us feel truly welcome. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting!

Thank you for our lovely stay, we felt right at home and amenities around the property were great. There is a breakfast place up the road which is nice to have.

+ Excellent beautiful location ( away from it all ), very peaceful . Very good apartment complex , nice spa and restaurant . Very good and clean apartment. - photos don’t match real apartment at all becouse according to their rules apartment will be the Same category and size but no exactly the same . We got completely different apartment and much smaller , landlord refused to change it and only after airbnb team help the apartment was changed to the one we choose.

Great host so helpful and gave clear check-in information. Great location, love the use of the pools especially the roof top one! Apartment was well equipped and very comfortable, I slept soundly every night and will definitely like to stay again :)

wonderful apartment,fully consistent with the photos! there is everything for a comfortable stay, personal hygiene products, lots of towels, equipped kitchen! comfortable large bed! cleanliness! everything within walking distance,market and restaurant in two minutes walk! we liked everything very much! thank you very much to the owners for the attention!!! 😁

It approached like a brother, not the host, we were very satisfied with everything, I will go again next month, I will go back and trust with my eyes closed.

The house was quite comfortable and clean, we did not encounter any problems, the kitchen utensils were clean and quite sufficient. The host was also very caring and answered all our questions quickly. You can stay comfortably.

Şarafi’s apartment is the best place to stay in Famagusta. Şarafi is an attentive host who helped us with queries and ensured we were happy with the apartment when we checked in. The apartment was very clean with great ac, lots of outlets and lots of cupboard space. The bathroom is lovely. The kitchen is also great and has everything you need. We would happily stay here again

The house was as described, there were only minor problems with cleaning, but somehow we handled it. The plates in the kitchen were dirty and stained and the pans were oily, there were very few items in the kitchen, we had a hard time. Everything else was fine. On our 2nd day, the water broke, but Ruslan handled it in a very short time and solved our problem. The pool area was really nice and pleasant, the outdoor area of the house was peaceful, we liked it very much. It's not a very central place, but we had what we needed, like a grocery store and a restaurant. If I come to Cyprus again, I can choose this place again.. :))
