I had a wonderful stay at this apartment! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. The location is perfect — close to everything, but still quiet and peaceful at night. It was the ideal base for exploring the area. The host was incredibly friendly and responsive, always available to answer any questions and offer helpful tips. Communication was smooth from start to finish. Highly recommended — I would definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay, convenient location - 3 minutes to the sea. Shops are a few steps away. the host is very helpful and accommodating. The apartment is clean and fresh. All necessary items are available: dishes, towels, bed linen. All issues that arose before the trip and check-in were resolved easily and quickly. Definitely recommend it! We'll come back again! Very nice and clean place. Everything needed (in terms of appliances) is available in the house. Hilal is a great host and was very responsive. Note: It would be better to have a car for those who are planning to stay in this area. Also make sure to bring a proper wall socket adapter when you come to Cyprus.

We were excited to find a property with a pool to accommodate eleven of us, and our experience lived up to expectations. The spacious villa and grounds enabled us all to find things to do without feeling we were on top of one another. The property is in close reach of shops and restaurants and with easy access to the seaside and mountains. The villa itself was clean and tidy with pots, pans and cutlery, allowing us to cater for ourselves. The barbecue was aged but functional. If there were eleven or more of us wishing to visit Northern Cyprus we would certainly consider booking again.

Andy is a friendly and helpful host. His cats make a wondeful welcoming committee (a purrrrrfect one to say the least). Whenever you have a question, Andy will gladly answer. Moreover, there are no problem with Andy, only solutions. Would you encounter an issue, Andy will resolve it as fast as possible. Concerning the bedroom, I was in a spacious bedroom, with plentiful intimacy. The bathroom is the best I have ever used in Cyprus : it's large, it's clean and the water pressure is great and the temperature is easily ajusted (not burning hot in the day, nor icy cold after sunset). The neighbourhood is calm, and despite being "out" of the city center, you can reach downtown easily either by foot, bicycle or bus. On top of that, Andy can suggest you different kind of activies (as hiking or biking), and can recommend various pastry shops to try (for sweets-lovers). It's a place which feels like home !

The place is great value for money, don't expect anything too modern but it's nice to feel like you are a home away from home . We made a last minute booking and we received check in instructions quite quickly. They also made sure we were ok during the stay. It's worth staying if you want a peaceful stay in Larnaca. it's a 3 minute walk to the beach and a quick taxi ride to the main city

I picked the apartment because it looked very functional and well equipped. I spent about a week there and found the apartment offered everything I needed to enjoy my stay. Modern, it is comfortable. The location is remote from Larnaca center but remains very accessible (within 5-15 min drive). The neighborhood is very calm. The only downside is that there is nothing around but again with a car, that’s not a problem. I could return to this place without any hesitation.

Everything was great. The owners were super friendly, check in check out was easy, the facility was great and the view teracce is really nice.

Our stay at Gökmen’s place was wonderful. The home was very clean, modern, and exactly as described. The location was perfect — just a short walk to the beach, and along the way, we would pass by basketball and soccer fields, which made the walks even more enjoyable. The island felt very safe, and the people were extremely friendly. Gökmen was an honest and kind host, always available if we needed anything. We also loved that the place was close to a lively street full of shops and events, just about a 10-minute walk away. During our stay, we even attended a local festival with free painting activities and a live concert, which made the experience even more memorable. I would highly recommend staying here and would definitely return!

the apartment is clean, spacious and bright, everything you need for your stay is available. very pleased with the presence of household chemicals for the house. There were: Washing powder, dishwasher tablets, shampoos, body gel and soaps. Very important little things. Availability of towels, sets of 3. Very clear instructions for the description of the check in and location. i really liked everything, we will definitely stay again the next time we arrive. Thank you.
