Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Northam

Trystan was an incredibly kind and helpful host, really accommodating and went out of his way to make sure all of the kiddies were happy and comfortable. If you’re looking for child friendly accommodation this is it, there is every kind of toy and car available for the kids to play with, very easy and a fun house to stay in. Beautiful gardens and a great location.

We loved the location of the property and made the most of the access to the walks at the top of the garden, the easy stroll to the beach and having nice pubs and restaurants close by. The hot tub was a bonus that we all enjoyed! Sarah and Chris were excellent hosts, being very responsive in advance providing additional cots, highchairs and baths for the twins, and dealing with a couple of minor issues during the stay very quickly.

Beautiful place for a family weekend. Rachael was very clear with her instructions. The jacuzzi was fantastic! Would definitely recommend for family getaway!

The BANYAN is absolutely stunning, the décor, the style, the location are all amazing. We stayed for 3 nights and it was so relaxing and chilled, something that my wife and I really needed. We couldn't fault anything, from the responsive Alex and Jules, the instructions for everything, the high quality furnishings, the welcome pack, the peaceful surroundings. This is most certainly a place that we will visit again. A good base for a beautiful part of England, and we would highly recommend staying here. The photo's don't do the BANYAN justice! If you are looking for a place to relax and unwind in this part of the world then book it, you will not be disappointed. We booked as a last minute break and Roberta was very helpful and kind when we were organising our trip. The property was beautiful and the grounds even more so. It was a lovely peaceful break, just what we needed. The property also isn’t far from Bude so if you did want to venture out there are lots of nice places to eat and things to do. The beach was great and they have a sea pool if you do want to go for a swim but don’t fancy getting in the sea itself!

Fantastic accommodation, perfect for 2. Attention to detail was great (towels for hot tub, milk and Prosecco in the fridge, snacks in cupboard). Was a lovely little place to stay for a weekend visiting friends in Bude. Don’t be put off by the back street location of this delightful little rental close to lovely walks and beaches. We had a beautiful stay this weekend at Gills lodge, it is in a peaceful location and has lovely attention to detail inside with everything you could need and more! Bude is a short drive away, with lovely bars & restaurants, along with nice coastal walks! Highly recommend <3

We had the best time here! The location is so peaceful and beautiful... waking up to see deer in the meadow outside our window was a highlight. A big comfy bed made for a great night's sleep, and the nearby Mason Arms provided the best meal we've eaten in a long time with a lovely relaxed atmosphere. We were also delighted with how accommodating our hosts were of our dog, who also enjoyed himself. Everyone we met including our hosts were lovely and friendly. There are some incredible walks a short drive away (and I'm sure plenty even nearer but we wanted to do some of the SW coastal path so did not explore the immediate vicinity). Cabin is so cute and comfy. All in all, a really enjoyable stay and no complaints :)

Id highly recommend staying here! A very unique place to stay, the cabin itself and the garden it’s in is really beautiful. It feels very private. All the details inside have been really thought about, and has everything we needed. It’s felt so relaxing and luxurious. There are so many nice touches everywhere such as the stoneware, and bed linen. The outdoor shower made us feel a lot more connected with nature each morning, and the outdoor hot bathtub after we’d built a good fire was lovely after such a long drive. Kitchen has all the things you’d need, and as a bit of a coffee person having a v60 and filters in the cupboard was a really nice touch. The local farm eggs were a real treat! We utilised the communal barn as well (again a very well thought out space), which has a big oven etc. We really loved it here. Many thanks again to Henry and Ania, we can’t wait to come back!

A lovely stay in gorgeous surrounds! The scenery is beautiful, and the silence at night makes for a truly restorative experience. For future visitors, it’s helpful to keep in mind that "off-grid" means limited refrigeration space—we initially brought more food than the mini fridge could accommodate. Since this is a working farm, there may be interactions with livestock, as we experienced when the neighboring sheep wandered into the meadow. For those with dogs unfamiliar with farm life, this might require some flexibility. However, Hadyn and Caroline went above and beyond to ensure our dog could enjoy the space—at one point even rounding up the sheep themselves! Their dedication made all the difference and added to the charm of this truly special retreat.

What a find!! We absolutely loved Becky’s place. The views are outstanding, the photos don’t do it justice. The lodge is very private and peaceful with only the sound of the birds and local farm animals. The lodge its self is very spacious and comfortable with everything you need. We will definitely be returning soon.

By far one of the nicest, welcoming hosts I’ve had when visiting an Airbnb. Such a friendly welcome and some fantastic recommendations too. Our stay was a lovely escape and enjoyed the clear air and beautiful scenery. The perfect glamping spot, very clean, such nice attention to detail with towels and robes available and cosy feel. Highly recommended a little break here.
