Lovely views, definitely one of the best places I've ever stayed. Best welcome package I've arrived to. Loved waking up to the landscape every morning. Came here for goth weekend and had to book a hotel a day early, after leaving the hotel we we're stuck on the seafront with all our bags and we were allowed to drop them off at the Airbnb while we explored the town.

A great spot for visiting York. A really nice walk into the city, park up and explore on foot. Such tasteful decor, super clean and fresh with everything you need. After a long day in York it was perfect to settle down with a cuppa and Netflix to recharge our batteries before venturing out again. So much to do in York. Lots of great restaurants and cute shops. Highly recommend. ☺️

Amazing apartment! We booked a last minute break away as parents of two teenagers aged 15 and 18. Straight away we all felt at home. Stunning decor and attention to detail. Rebecca's detailed instructions and parking pass made the whole stay seamless. Thank you, we can't wait to return.

Staying here was blissful perfection. Close by to other small towns to explore, and we were lucky the weather was clear all weekend. Home is lovely and spacious with everything we needed to whip up a meal and a great place to chill at night after a long day of exploring. Around the corner was a lovely short walk to a bench near the cindertrack, which at night was a great place to stargaze without any light pollution, it was beautiful. Joanna was very helpful upon arrival and exit and gave us many pointers as to where to explore, will happily stay again in the future to explore more around the moors.

We stayed just for one night as we were attending a friends wedding. What a hidden gem! Absolutely perfect. Well thought our design and very spacious. Perfect for 4 people. Lovely little extras! Enjoyed sipping my morning coffee looking out on the view of the hills and birds chirping! Thanks 😊

Entering the Loft you definitely get the “wow” factor with the open living area. Bedrooms were a lot more spacious than the pictures show. Easy and simple instructions to get in the building and car parking space. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay for a lovely weekend away in Leeds.

I had a wonderful stay at this studio in York! The apartment was clean, bright, and very comfortable. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything I needed, and the bathroom was well stocked with essentials. A washing machine was available, which is very convenient for longer stays. The location is excellent: just a 7-minute walk to the city walls and about 10 minutes to York Minster. There are also small shops just 4 minutes away, perfect for picking up anything you might need. Overall, it was a perfect place to stay for exploring York — I would happily return and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city!

We had a great couple of days stay. The loft was a good size, very clean and just as described. Due to the weather we didn't get a chance to sit in the garden area but it did look very peacefully and nice. It was a great base to go out waking an exploring. The instructions left by Hilly were easy follow and despite Hilly not being there during our stay was very responsive and accommodating. We got sent clear Instructions on where to go. The sat nav does sent you off a bit too far! We would highly recommend Hilly as a host and the loft to stay in. We would definitely stay again. It had everything we needed.

Really nice, as expected. One small thing was that the blind over the bed was broken and didn't fully close so light came in early in the morning. Otherwise would recommend.

We stayed here for 3 nights and had a lovely time. Easy to get in and out of Ripon but also close to Harrogate, Fountains Abbey etc. Very nice place with lots of amenities and good communication with our host. Checking in and out was very easy. Would stay here again!

I absolutely loved this place! I booked for myself and my dog, I wanted some R&R somewhere peaceful. I got the most incredibly peaceful and beautiful place, even more beautiful than the photos. It’s so clean, it has EVERYTHING you want inside and it’s so homely. The furnishings, finishes and decor are stunning. This is quite possibly the most gorgeous Air B&B I have stayed in. Melissa was responsive from start to finish, super friendly and nothing was too much trouble at all. Steve was really lovely too and I think having such lovely hosts made it even more comfy. The secure paddock is so good for anybody who has a dog, Frank loved it and also boomed on the trampoline a few times. I had so much fun just switching off from the busy life at home. The sun was beautiful, the seating area was stunning and I read in peace. Harrogate was 20 minutes away and this meant I got the best over everything. Thank you Melissa and Steve for such a beautiful spot! Xx we will be back
