Such a beautiful part of the country. Perfect base for exploring on foot… with some great pubs within walking distance. We visited the Alma Inn - great food, beers and views. We also took the time to explore Mill Bank - there are many info boards as you walk around the village to help you learn of its history - past and more recent. Who would have known Big Daddy was brought up here. The property itself is compact, but has everything you need for a short break. Generally extremely quiet.

It was such a treat to stay at the Menagerie. Samantha was a really lovely host. She made the self check-in easy, left thoughtful touches, and stocked the cottage with everything I might need. I felt right at home, and loved the location. I highly recommend staying here.

Darren and Mat are excellent and very responsive hosts. We stayed at their Bassilica apartment in the heart of Leeds for a week and enjoyed every moment! The location, though a bit noisy at times, is great for traveling around with excellent connectivity and also has loads of eateries and shopping complexes nearby. Very clean apartment with lovely views of the skyline! Certainly recommend it!

We had a lovely weekend stay in this beautiful part of the country. Jackie could not have been friendlier or more helpful and provided us with delicious treats on arrival. The annexe is very comfortable, spotless, and we enjoyed sitting in the private courtyard as the weather was great. The village is so pretty and both evenings we had delicious meals at the pub (literally opposite). Perfect location to visit Helmsley, Thornton le Dale, Castle Howard. Could not recommend more.

A fantastic location with parking but perfect if you are foot. Easy access from the station and into the city. The accommodation was as specified, nicely furnished and fully kitted out if you want to cook, iron etc. Overlooking the city walls but a quiet location nevertheless. We has a very happy stay.

Comfortable, spacious maisonette with small car parking space. Perfect for 2 people, with local amenities, restaurants and mainline station 5 minutes walk. (Handy for catching the train to Headingley cricket ground!) Wendy met us upon arrival, welcoming us in, even though we'd arrived much sooner than anticipated. Lovely host, ensuring that we had all we needed before leaving us to settle in. Thank you for a lovely stay, Wendy!

A few words would not do justice to the accomodation or the surrounding area. The apartment was great and had everything you needed We had a fantastic time visiting Whitby Scarborough,Robins Hood Bay, Gouthland Fantastic holiday, we will be back.

Had a great time at Lyndies place. Jayne was fantastic meeting us and letting us into the property. Jayne was super helpful and very communicative all through our visit. She also did a linen change for us during our visit for different folks visiting

We stayed in Betty’s Townhouse which was a beautiful spacious apartment, extremely clean and beautifully decorated. It was very well equipped and had everything we needed. The bathrooms were very luxurious and the beds extremely comfortable, we slept very well. It was only a 5 minute walk to the shops, restaurants, bars etc. and there was a bus stop at the back of the accommodation if you wanted to have a trip out. Parking was a bonus! Great communication from Daniel. We would definitely stay again, Harrogate is a lovely place to visit. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

The studio was spotlessly clean and in a great location with Boston Spa high street just a few minutes walk away. As people have pointed out, it gets very hot in the main space when the sun is out as it was for our visit. However the bedroom is shaded and therefore cooler, so sleeping wasn’t an issue. The only niggle was the lack of a toaster which would have been welcome to toast the bread which was part of the otherwise delicious breakfast. However this was a minor point and the studio was otherwise a very comfortable place to stay.

We stayed on a bank holiday and it was honestly one of the most beautiful and comfortable places we have stayed. The bed was so comfortable and we slept amazing! The location is so easy to find and was right near everything which made it so easy to go to places. Parking was perfect and meant we didn’t have to worry about parking and could just leave the car and go and explore.The hosts were so friendly and easy to contact however we didn’t have an any problems while staying which made our trip even better. The apartment was spotless and designed beautifully but the view from the living room made it even better as we could see the castle and beach. We would definitely recommend booking here!

Absolutely stunning views from this lovely apartment. We stayed midweek and out of season and were blessed with good weather. The sitting room has fantastic views out to sea. The bedrooms have sea views too and the sunrise view is beautiful. The apartment is clean and peaceful - we heard no noise from any neighbours at all. The beds were comfy; plenty of storage space and all the kitchen equipment needed. The shower is powerful and hot water plentiful. The location is tremendous for food and drink. The pub is very close and welcoming and the food very good. We also ate at Fish Cottage and Estbek House - both fantastic. No shop in walking distance but a very good Lidl less than 10 minutes drive away. The highlights for us were the walks from right outside the door (Cleveland Way, Mulgrave Woods including castle) and the public transport (2 buses an hour in either direction from right outside). Parking space right across the road (designated). Strongly recommend!!

We had a wonderful stay! The house was very clean with a lovely view from the window and a beautiful, peaceful garden. Lisa was super friendly and responsive, and her local recommendations were great. We especially enjoyed visiting Skipton and walking along the canal. The restaurants she suggested were also fantastic. Highly recommend this place and would love to come back again!

Beautiful apartment over the canal. Balcony was great with a glass of wine in the evening watching the world go by. There’s a new barrier to get in to park which we didn’t know about but the response was quick and the neighbour helped us. Great places to go in walking distance over the canal. If we were over that way again I would love to book.

This place was absolutely stunning!! The interior was unbelievable down to the finest details everything was squeaky clean and organised. The place was very easy to find and parking was absolutely no issue at all. All the pictures don’t actually do the place justice! Absolutely recommend to anyone wanting to have a great place to call home for a while, it’s in a lovely area with plenty of surrounding places to visit and things to do including only 30mins from Manchester! The host was above and beyond helpful about everything that we asked and needed she honestly couldn’t be any more helpful. Above all this place will always hold a special place in my heart because I got engaged here! With the view from the back window it made for a stunning night! Thank you again for letting us have this memorable weekend at this amazing place!

The Atelier is a special place to stay and we did not want to leave. We took advantage of the breakfast pack which was a wonderful way to enjoy some local produce and good food at ‘home’. We appreciated the flexibility extended on the day we checked out which allowed us to enjoy more of the local area. Caroline was always helpful and responsive and we were very sad to leave.

My wife and I had an amazing 2 night stay. Great location and fabulous views. The Hot tub was superb, we were lucky enough to catch two beautiful sunsets. Whitby centre is only a small walk away, with loads to do. Will definitely be back.

Only stayed for 1 night but it was a lovely stay! The location was perfect and so relaxing with the stream at the end of the garden. Just short of a 10 minute walk to Main Street where there were some lovely pubs with excellent food so we had everything we needed for our stay! The hot tub was a nice touch too and already heated for us so we didn't have to do anything apart from get in and chill! Would definitely visit again. Thanks Phil!

Beautiful cozy farmhouse in a lovely town near Leeds. The place was absolutely gorgeous - warm, inviting, and full of charm. The hot tub was amazing, and there were plenty of games to enjoy. The host was super helpful and thoughtful with great local recommendations as well as leaving crumpets, fresh milk and butter and a selection of cereals and snacks for us to enjoy. No negatives, highly recommend!

This is by far the cleanest Airbnb I have ever stayed at. The quality of fixtures and attention to detail was an absolute pleasure. Such a beautiful view to wake up to. I can say enough nice things about the place. I hope that we can come back soon

As a solo traveller looking for some peace and quiet, it was absolutely ideal. The village itself is beautiful but also very, very quiet - no shops, restaurants or pubs so do be mindful if you're wanting somewhere that has these to offer. The only downfall I would say was that the hot tub was available (you need to book a slot) at an extra fee (£10 for myself for a 2hr session) which doesn't seem much, but given the total cost of the stay, I did expect it to be included - however it was still a lovely experience and the shared garden is lovely if you're just wanting to unwind outdoors.

Had a brilliant stay, was met by Kevin to check in, he was very informative and couldn’t offer enough advice/guidance. Vikki was very responsive during communications and always very respectful and clear. The place itself is amazing, very spacious, clean and you get plenty of towels, cutlery etc. The hot tub is very well kept and smart. The hosts are there if you need anything but leave you to total privacy. The view from the back is outstanding and we had a brilliant time. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone. Amazing stay! Amazing hosts! Thank you Sam for being a great host. We felt very welcome and had everything we needed - even a complimentary cocktail! Very responsive and attentive to our needs. Flexible check in and check out. Overall a very peaceful location and easy access to places via taxi. Although a small Airbnb, it was cosy with enough space for my boyfriend and I. Very clean and tidy and had all the amenities we needed. Hot tub was lovely, large, and clean. The garden was pretty and well kept with lovely lights and a cosy summer house. Would definitely recommend and would definitely stay again. No faults at all!
