truly a home from home it has every thing from airfryer to washing machine. Angela is really an amazing lady, providing welcome gifts,plus tea, coffee and fresh milk. great after a long journey cuppa and feet up. we would like to keep this a secret but it's too perfect for anyone to missout on. nook up you won't be disappointed

Great hosts!! Really friendly, responsive and caring! I booked this for family visiting Nottingham for the first time and I’m glad we did! My family felt right at home and were delighted with their stay! They were very comfortable staying in this private annex and really liked the homely touches and warm welcome they received from the hosts. They said they would love to stay here again :)

We cannot fault our stay here, it did exactly what we wanted. Peace and quiet in an amazing location and the animals sealed the deal. Arnie was amazing and took time to explain about all the animals and nothing was too much trouble. We definitely will be coming back when the animals are roaming. I miss the cats already!!

We all had a lovely stay with Pete and Sue. The annexe was spacious and perfect for a group of 4! It was extremely homely and comfortable, you can’t fault it! We were very well welcomed by Milo who was a real character😅! They had great recommendations for the area which was stunning! It was easy to locate and had no trouble at all! Hugely appreciated their hospitality and was definitely worth the visit. We hope to come back to the area soon!😁

Fabulous 3 night stay as a family of 6. Cottage is bigger than it appears in the photos, plenty of room for all of us. Really well equipped, great shower, wonderful location, lots of charm. Children loved the cats that came to visit and looking out on the horses. Dermot and Anne were lovely hosts, really friendly and gave us useful local information along with breakfast items, tea coffee etc. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend and book again. An absolute gem. Thank you

Lovely remote stay, good hosts who accepted on the day and promptly sent check in info, very clean and peaceful. Bed is a touch on the smaller size if bigger/tall but overall a comfortable stay and well presented, reccomended if ever need a stop in the area.

We had a wonderful stay at the Annex and only wish we could have stayed longer! The accommodation was perfect for us to have a girly catch up. It was clean and homely and had everything we needed. We really appreciated the welcome hamper and milk! The gardens are stunning - we spent a long time enjoying them and feeding the duck and gorgeous ducklings. Joanne also let us give their tortoise breakfast which was great fun. Gerry and Joanne are brilliant hosts, friendly and easy going and forthcoming with information. Needed a night away with my maid of honour the night before my wedding so was looking for somewhere local! The annexe at frost cottage was perfect!!! It was everything we needed! Beautiful decor and perfectly clean!! Couldn’t fault it! Really comfy sofas and bed! We stayed in watched father of the bride and cooked a stir fry! Liz left us a lovely bottle of bubbles for our evening! A fabulous stay, would recommend to anyone!

We stayed for 3 nights with our one year old. A lovely place. So peaceful and cosy. Wishing waking distance of Bradgate. WiFi was fast and lots of useful info provided. We loved the cookies!

Once again had a lovely stay in Tracey’s garden annex As always everything first class ! Tracey is a very approachable lady and responsive and friendly. Lovely stay in Darley Bridge courtesy of Claire, great location to discover the Peak District, fab local walks and pubs. Visited the Three Stags for excellent food, well worth a visit. Other visits to Bakewell, Chatsworth and the Monsall Trail. A lovely stay, very relaxing.

Andrew was a fantastic host right from booking. He was responsive and helpful throughout our stay, taking the time to check us in thoroughly and always on hand. The place was pristine and very well kept. Amenities on offer were 5* so with so many thoughtful touches that added to our experience. The house itself was fully equipped, including games and arcade machine which made for lots of fun! The outdoor space was very well maintained and peaceful. Thank you for a wonderful stay! The perfect retreat for a peaceful weekend.

I had an eight-week stay in the middle of a house move and it was very modern and well-equipped, spotlessly clean with ample space and facilities. It's in a pleasant, peaceful semirural location which I knew before I chose it and road and rail connections are easily accessible as is a very decent choice of local restaurants and takeaways. There's fast fibre broadband for work or leisure, (plenty of options for streaming on the TV), good cellular reception, plus off-street parking right outside the front door. And Kerry and Declan were every bit as welcoming and helpful as others have said. Highly recommend.

Marsha is so so lovely, she and her daughter go above and beyond for their guests, beautiful people, even Molly the dog is gorgeous. Great space, very clean and tidy, great communication and just lovely place to be! Will be rebooking every year! Thank you Marsha and Amber ❤️

We have just returned from a wonderful couple of days away at Jenny’s place, I booked very last min and Jenny couldn’t have been more helpful and welcoming, the welcome pack she emailed out told us everything we needed to know, she left us some presseco in the fridge as it was my husbands 40th the day we arrived which was so kind. The place itself is fantastic, we had all the room we needed and came and went at our leisure, the area itself is outstanding! My husband is an amputee and we tackled some of the local hills (black rock) unfortunately on the day we were due to leave my husband was in a bit of pain after all the walking, I messaged Jenny and asked for a slightly later checkout so he could take his time which she was happy to help us with and it was so much appreciated. Thank you so much Jenny, we would love to come back sometime, for our first air B&B experience I’m so glad we found you! I couldn’t recommend enough xx

Wow what a place, was absolutely perfect, stayed with my girlfriend for a night and was a brilliant, peaceful and romantic evening, wouldn’t change a thing

We had a lovely stay at Anne and Nick's. The place is great for couples or small families. Thr kitchen is super well equipped- I wish we were staying for longer to make the most of it! we had a lovely welcome message on the wall which made my son's day and the TV has plenty apps which also made his day 😂 The only issue was the foul smell from the bathroom which opens out in to the kitchen. Overall we had a lovely stay ❤️

The whole place was spotlessly clean and everything supplied was of a high standard. The eggs, bacon, bread, orange, milk and butter along with tea, coffee , biscuits and cereal provided meant we didn’t have to nip out to the shops to buy anything or bring those items with us. We enjoyed the whirlpool bath and the log burner in the evening and loved all the attention to detail with the lighting . The view was beautiful and garden and outdoor seating were an added feature. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely go back again.
