Great place to stay, fairly close to everything and the place is visually pleasant, spacious and well equipped. Staff were lovely and was fairly easy to find and check in. Wish parking was included is my only thing. Would definitely stay here again :)

Great location for anyone that wants to be in heart of town. A little noisey at night but if your looking to get out nights that wouldn't be an issue. Overall the apartment was very cute and covered our needs. Also the staff at the Bead Shop were very welcoming and helpful.

Very good accommodation in a central location only five minutes or so from Derby town centre. Comfortable beds and a generous supply of towels. As what's offered is one of a number of apartments within a large block, the image on the posting may be slightly different from the apartment you are allocated. NB Although the description states that Netflix is provided, you have to bring your own login.

Great value for money, very close to city centre, would reccoment

Very good comms and description was also accurate. The location is excellent for central Birmingham and only 20 mins walk from the train station. The property has 2 flats with the other flat also being rented - The other group were very loud on friday night/saturday early morning but this was not the fault of the owners. Aside from that we would stay again - Thanks :)

Great location with easy access to the city, comfortable beds and kitchen well equipped. The apartment was as absolutely as advertised and we have no complaints, but the overall feeling was a bit corporate compared to other air BnBs we’ve stayed at for the same cost, maybe this was just lack of personal touches and having to do an emergency trip first thing our first morning for toilet paper as there was less than a third of a roll when we arrived. There was a bit of guess work re getting the hot water working, as the boiler was turned off, might be nice to turn this on prior to arrival, or add in to the apartment notes. Communications felt a little copy and paste and instructional, rather than personal, but these are tiny points in an otherwise pleasant trip to Birmingham. Thank you for the use of the space

We had a great stay in Sobia's apartment. We stayed in the deluxe 2 bed which had 2 bathrooms, one being ensuite. The apartment is extremely clean (which I loved!) and was also cleaned once during our 8 day stay. we travelled as a family of 4 with 2 young children and the apartment was great for this purpose. Sobia was a great host and responded very quickly to any queries. We also extended our stay and returned to the apartment for a second stay. I totally recommend Sobia's apartment.

A brilliantly furnished apartment in a great location in the center of nottingham. Easily within walking distance of the center of town and public transport.

Alexandra Park was an absolutely stunning home-away-from-home during my week-long stay. I was visiting for work, family, and a funeral, making it crucial to find a space that felt warm and comforting. The ambiance in every room was exceptional, creating a serene and inviting atmosphere. Tara, the host, clearly understands how to make her guests feel at ease, as every detail reflected her thoughtful consideration. Her attention to comfort and hospitality truly stood out, making my stay memorable despite the circumstances. I highly recommend Alexandra Park and look forward to staying here again in the future. This apartment was fantastic! Clean, comfortable and homely. Extremely spacious and at a price a hotel would charge you for a single room PER PERSON. All 3 bedrooms were fully furnished an equipped for a lengthy stay, even though we were only there for 2 nights. The bathroom was very spacious and spotless, the w.c. was just as clean and no worries about forgetting anything as all you would need is already there. Water was hot and pressure was good. The living area was cozy, comfortable, friendly and inviting. It was great for just sitting in front of the tv of an evening with a 55" smart tv, or congregating with fellow residents on the sofas or barstools at the kitchen island. The kitchen was extremely clean and well equipped, whether cooking, dining or just hanging out with a coffee. The outside area was great for all the above reasons too, with lighting and benched tables. As for Danny and Sarita? well, I now consider them friends as it felt that way when we chatted.

Great little room. Admittedly the bedroom/kitchen area was a little smaller than I expected but a great use of the space overall and the bathroom was spacious with a great shower. Close to the town centre. Quite a quiet part of Leicester too. Would defintely book again and recommend.

Spotlessly clean apartment in a great location. Simple garden area ideal for dogs and safe. Plenty of storage space in bedrooms and good kitchen facilities. Hair dryer and iron/ironing board Off Road parking space for one car

I have been a guest here before and so I was familiar with the layout. Everything was fine as as good as before.

Great room, I stayed there before my wedding and then with my wife the night of, everything went great and the instructions were very clear. The apartment is within walking distance of most places in Derby which is a bonus too.

The apartment was really lovely and super close to all amenities and the city centre. Host was so quick with any queries. Would definitely recommend this apartment and I enjoyed the whole experience.
