Get a great night's rest before heading out on your Colorado adventure! Cook meals in a fully-equipped kitchenette. Utilize the spacious modern shower w/ dual shower heads. Stay in to work, write that blog, cozy up to watch a movie, or read a book. Parking is next to garage in back of house. Entrance is through back gate and backyard. I am available as much or little as you would like to interact. I am happy to provide a local Denverite/Coloradan perspective and recommendations. Located across the street from the Regis University Campus, this neighborhood is quiet yet bustling. Take an easy 4-minute walk to the main street for breakfast at the bakery and cafe. Later, browse the antique store and visit the micro-brewery. RTD Bus stop located around the corner (2 min walking distance). In Walking distance of eateries, coffee shops, breweries, bars, & boutiques. Quick 7 min Drive or Lyft/Uber to Downtown Denver. Take Union Station RTD Light Rail to or from Denver International Airport. No Pet Policy is Strict. This home was built in the early 1900's and been remodeled and updated. The one flight of stairs to this basement bedroom are a narrower depth and taller than average stairs. There is one support beam with padding in the bedroom (shown in picture) of 5 ft. 7 in. clearance. The Airbnb hosts upstairs are available to answer any questions, resolve any issues, or provide any recommendations you may need during your stay.

Very innovative lodging. A room in an unconventional hotel, with lot's of public space (including a great roof-top bar), and useful amenities like a grab-and-go breakfast. Easy to get to/from the highway and no trouble finding free street parking. The room was nicely furnished, with top-quality bedding, towels and furnishing. Small but well-designed to be broadly functional. The kitchenette was stocked well enough for a short stay and the furniture offered creative options for sitting, eating and storage. Very nice bathroom.

Kandace’s place is great! I stayed 2 nights and am so glad I did. The bed is crazy comfortable and Kandace is just a great host overall! She is super friendly and even let me “borrow” some kitchen spices 🌶️ I’d definitely recommend staying here if you can!

Jennifer was a great host, and we are extremely glad to have stayed with her. She is very responsive and extremely flexible regarding check-in and basically with everything else :) We had a nice little room close to the city (about a 10-minute drive to Downtown by car), parking was easy, and there are plenty of spots available either in front or in close proximity to the house. Jennifer is an easy-to-talk-to and extremely friendly host. I would recommend everyone who stays in Denver to check out her place! :) I'll, for sure, would love to visit again.

The bedroom and attached bath were spotless and comfortable, and the house was a visual delight with mindfully curated artwork. The space provided was well kept. Very clean and smelled fresh. I was comfortable during my stay. Heather was warm and friendly upon meeting her my second day in town. The neighborhood was peaceful and calm.
