Briggate House Barn is set in a charming hamlet, just a few minutes from Worstead. Situated close to the coast, Norfolk Broads and with direct access to great walks, cycle routes and bird watching. Sleeps 6 in 3 bedrooms / 2 bathrooms, one downstairs. Well equipped kitchen, dining room and a bright & airy living room - a fantastic space whatever the season; curl up by the fire or open the enormous barn doors to the sunshine. Outside terrace with a seating area, BBQ and access to a lovely garden.

Our accommodation is so versatile as it can accommodate a family of four comfortably, as our Super king bed splits into singles. Ideal also for two couples ,on a short break or longer stays. We have a Full bathroom, bath for the children and walk-in shower for the adults. We also have a patio & garden for you and your furry friends. We have great footpaths and we are 3 miles from the nearest beach. Close to the Norfolk Broads and City of Norwich. We are on the edge of the village of Worstead.

This romantic place to stay offers a history all its own. Hideaway in our old railway carriage. We have worked hard to convert this railway carriage to become a homely retreat. Sleeps two. Ideal to sleep, have some toast and tea and then go off and explore our beautiful surroundings of Norfolk. We have a mini fridge, kettle, toaster and microwave for light cooking. Garden Cottage sleeps two people, and has been lovingly renovated and finished into a self contained, private and beautifully presented private cottage nestled in the garden of Emily and Aaron’s home. Located in a residential area of the Georgian town of North Walsham, the cottage is ideally situated for accessing the vibrant city of Norwich, the beauty of the Norfolk Broads and the breathtaking North Norfolk coast line. Only a 3 minute walk to the train station, and good amenities close by.

New Lane Cottage is our little thatched bolt-hole located on the edge of the Worstead Estate, at the end of a wood-lined drive. Enjoy peaceful seclusion, with a sun-soaked patio and BBQ for the warmer months, and a private hot tub all-year-round. Guests are welcome to enjoy walks across Worstead Park, before snuggling up in front of the cosy wood burner. PLEASE NOTE that due to the narrow steep staircase we do not recommend this cottage for those with mobility concerns, or with children.

It is in an excellent position for walking or cycling with direct access to a network of footpaths and the popular long distance footpath of Weavers Way.

The Beach House

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Situated on a private estate with a central communal green that leads down to the beautiful beach. There’s a lovely patio areas with gates that open onto the huge green that is great to kick a ball around on or play a game of badminton! There are a couple of benches at the edge of the green that you can relax on and take in the beautiful views of the beach and sea!
